Staying at the Sheraton next door so this is was an easy option to grab breakfast. The guy taking orders was rude taking my order. I know it’s NYC but still. The girl working the register was pleasant. We grabbed two bagels one w/ egg and cheese – and the other one w/ sausage egg and cheese. They were decent and the price was fair.

Non consistent pricing. Pricing made up depending on who is working. Same exact order, 3 different prices. HEY OWNER- how much is a bacon egg and cheese with 1 egg and butter paying with cash? Each and every time the price is different. I highly suggest getting accurate and consistent pricing and putting all team members on the same page. The guy working behind the counter on Monday December 1st 2025 at 745pm is rather incompetent. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I will be coming in to speak to the owner soon.

Do people who give reviews here just tourists? Bagels on texture and flavor 4/10. Some how it was burnt but also soft? Just not a real bagel, super disappointing. Person speaking in the phone is so rude and nasty always miss order details. I been a costumer 11 years things have really changed i hope the owner make some changes because costumer service has become a thing from the past.
Even the quality of the food has changed for some one who been going there for all this time I recommend try other stores is not worth the price and store outdated.

My work takes me all over the city at all hours of the day and night, so 24-hour establishments are essential for me – and this one is a gem! Even though it was 4:30am, the woman behind the counter gave me a warm welcome. I ordered bacon and egg on a roll and it was tops! The roll was fresh and the portion of bacon and egg was generous. That, with a large cup of coffee and a reasonable price, started my day off right! Great find! I’ll be back!
