3 stars because the waitress is sweet but the food wasnt very good the mashed potatoes were super grainy! They need to invest in a ricer… the fries were bad to me but I Hate brown fries so that’s just me… idk how it ended up being $100 but it wasn’t really worth it

Truly disappointed in this place :/ This is usually the go to spot to hang out with good food and drinks, but quickly learned how they run the place. Got off of work and came in to grab some drinks watch the superbowl and maybe a couple people not enjoying the halftime show, which ok no problem if you dont like whats playing step out and smoke, chat with your buddies, or just dont watch it… but instead they immediately muted it and played other music so loud I could hardly speak to the person next to me. Barely got halfway through my drink and cashed out and left after the atmosphere and experience as a whole was completely ruined, football or no football. Really just sad and surprised that I couldnt enjoy the superbowl at a SPORTS BAR. Message recived, my friends and I will never be back. I’m most disappointed in the establishment and its staff for catering to customers who are salty about the show (with nothing offensive) playing? Essentially saying “oh yea you can act hateful and we will completely cater to that” So childish.

Really amazing food! I ordered the Thanksgiving special and it was delicious. I also want to point out how kind and welcoming the staff are. Great experience overall!

The Club Sandwich was done right with three slices of bread! The service was friendly and fast. The server was nice and was also very welcoming.
They have a full bar and beers on tap.
They also have pinball.
There is plenty of parking in the lot and close by.
The best part.. they have #Chambongs!!! If you know, that’s “Because it’s awesome!”

10/05/2025 I just realized we haven’t updated our review in four years – so – We need to go back and update menu photos too. Hopefully the prices are relatively the same.
When we walked in this evening, Triangle was packed! They had football games playing on multiple screens, and as usual, the crowd was lively and in (mostly) good spirits.
We ordered the mac & cheese bites, and I’m going to suggest that you *never, ever ordered them – *Especially if you are on a diet – they are stupid good, and hard to resist! Mr. wonderful ordered the Sourdough Patty Melt with tots and of course – left nothing on his plate. I had the BLT. Only complaint – fries could’ve been crispier. Everything else = perfect. I spoke with Linda who was our server this evening (she was fabulous even with the crowd and chaos) and she confirmed that I CAN order crispy fries, so – I’m thrilled! We have and we will continue to recommend Triangle Tavern – after all, lots of good things came out in 1959 – like Mr. Wonderful. 🙂
This will be a place that we frequent! Tonight, Jamie was our server and she is one of the best waitresses that we’ve had in years. She has a sincere, friendly demeanor and was practically intuitive to our needs. Jamie is remarkably efficient! We had the Poutine; which was ridiculously good! My darling had the house (bone in) barbecued wings and a Caesar salad… yep, he found his bliss! We also enjoy their sister restaurant Silver Star and suggest that you try them both.
We always have a good time here. Peyton is usually our server and she is wonderful. The last time we were here she and Josh (?) tag teamed and we couldn’t have asked for better or faster service! Payton recommended the pretzel fries over a poutine (which I’ve had twice before). And I can see pretzel fries becoming a really bad habit, they are delicious! I enjoyed a salad to make up for my appetizer, and it was was really good. Mr. Wonderful (aka: Hubs) had the fish tacos, which he devoured. Triangle Tavern is just fun! The atmosphere (oh! Established in 1959 just like Mr. Wonderful)! the googly eyes, (anyone who’s been in this establishment knows what I’m talking about) the servers, the food, everything, equals fun!

Ok I was reluctant to leave this review because I wanted Triangle Tavern breakfasts to stay my hidden gem… but it would definitely be selfish of me to not give them a huge shout out. The menu has the perfect amount of choices with offering enough variety without being overwhelming. Their biscuits and gravy are by far my favorite I’ve ever had! I loved every dish I’ve ordered. The service has been welcoming and attentive. ShyAnne and Ashley have went out of their way to keep our coffee cups full and hot, and always checking in on us. The atmosphere is fun, clean and smells fresh. Love the custom tables. Definitely a great place for breakfast. We have quickly become regulars. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Service was a bit slow, we went midafternoon and waited around 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order. She never checked in but was friendly when we did talk to her. We both ordered the brisket burger which was delicious. Worth the 17 dollars. Overall we would go again for the food.

Gentle blues playing in the background with low light and eclectic decor. This place feels friendly and comfortable. I ordered the breakfast burrito “always a good gauge” arrived hot and extra spicy just as ordered. Friendly server with self checkout options if you don’t want to have to wait to leave.

Service and atmosphere was excellent! There was a classic car event which made it even more of a memorable trip! The soft tacos were great and a good price for our lunch.

We were there at slack time so not a lot of other patrons. Service & food were good, everything was clean.
