Friendly staff and high quality food at reasonable prices. We came here four times in one week with our 18-month-old son, and every meal exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of fresh fruit along with a variety of hot dishes. The lunch pizza and pasta dishes are well portioned, fairly priced, and consistently delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

We came for brunch and LOVED the service and food! The manager treated us like royalty before we ever even walked into the place, escorting us from the lobby. We then had a lovely server who checked on us often and was super sweet.
Our pancakes were so soft and fluffy and buttery 🙂 highly recommend! Get them with a fruit bowl too!

I went to the Omni hotel for a networking event and decided to have some lunch in Trevis. I ordered the fig and prosciutto flatbread. It was good. I ate the whole thing well minus the crust. I do think it would taste better if the prosciutto was cooked however. The server wasn’t great. Attentive and quick. I was in and out in less than an hour. The hotel is beautiful as you can imagine. The WiFi not so much. I was planning to work from there for a few hours but had a hard time connecting.

Our family stay was truly made special thanks to Stephanie and Iro. From the very first day, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail did not go unnoticed.
They were always attentive, patient with our kids, and genuinely warm in every interaction. They remembered our preferences, checked on us often, and always greeted us with the biggest smiles. You can truly tell they love what they do, and it shows in the exceptional service they provide.

We had a very nice meal there. Two of us had the Pollo con Panna and it was fantastic. We all also started with their Caesar salad and Spicy Pepperoni Rustica, which were also excellent.
While it didn’t ruin the meal, a few interactions with our waitress stood out to me as being unprofessional. For example, we had a table for 10, but 5 couldn’t make it due to travel issues. When we learned they wouldn’t make it the waitress said, “so I can have my section back then?” She and another employee began moving a table and chairs away while we were still eating dinner. The restaurant wasn’t that busy, so it did feel unnecessary.
I don’t want to take a star away for this interaction because the food was very good, but the server didn’t seem to fit the level of professionalism I’m sure management expects.

We had breakfast here couple of days. There was always a line outside for people to be seated. It’s a big place but lot of people come for breakfast so it was always busy. Food was amazing. Lot of healthy options. Fruits were fresh and they kept filling the bowls. Omelette station was nice. Our server was amazing and made sure we were well attended.

The food is truely mediocre. I’m sorry but you have to add sauce to pasta otherwise its like eating cardboard. The reason this place gets a 5 star rate is the service. Donald is quiet possibly the best host and waiter you’re gonna get! Beyond curtious and helpful from beginning to end. Deserves accolades because he made the experience memorable for me and my family and honestly, it made all the difference. I would not eat here again tbh. Unless I’m guaranteed Donald is gonna take care of me and my family. Also add sauce to your dishes please I’m serious.

I was happy to have this casual upscale style restaurant available to us in the hotel and not have to drive anywhere in the busy Orlando/Disney traffic. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and my husband ordered a steak and both were good and delicious. We had calamari as an appetizer and I would have to say that it was the best I probably ever had and they gave us a large portion. We both had a good dining experience. The convenience of this restaurant made it well worth going but my spaghetti and meatballs wasn’t the best and for that reason I gave the food in this restaurant a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

We had a great time at Trevi! Our server, Don, was fantastic and so personable. He was attentive, yet not overbearing, and made our 6 month wedding anniversary dinner one to remember! They even had an off-menu wine produced in the same area of Tuscany we were married in! Highly recommend the Chicken Parmesean and any of their soups. Great time all around!

We ate here 3 times during our conference. 2 times for breakfast and 1 for dinner. I left full and satisfied at all 3 meals. The breakfast buffet may seem pricey but the quality of the food and selection makes it well worth the money spent.
DawnL was our waitress for breakfast both times and she was fantastic,super personable, and made sure we left satisfied.
Dinner was terrific as well we shared our entrees and all 5 of us at the table loved everything we got served. If we come back to the area again we will definitely be back for a meal.
