Food here was great. The pasta is made fresh and you can really tell. The cuisine reminded me more of an italian fusion which made the dishes really unique.

The only complaint and reason I am knocking off a star, is that we waited over a half hour past our reservation time to be seated. Seems like something the restaurant needs to get sorted out. Otherwise the service was great

We had a really great dinner! The food was delicious, and our favorite dish was definitely the fried potatoes and meatballs so flavorful and perfectly cooked. We’ll definitely be coming back!

House made bread, burrata, butternut squash ravioli were all delightful. Unfortunately, nothing was mentioned about the Sicilian caponata that accompanied the swordfish was going to be spicy. It kind of ruined the dish for me. Service was very good. TBD if we’ll be back.

Our waitress was awesome! She was so nice. I wish I could remember her name to give her credit. All I can describe is she’s a very pretty black woman. The food was so delicious. Had the special aged ribeye and a number of the side dishes available. Went there for our office Christmas dinner. Definitely would recommend.

This spot is absolutely adorable prime date night material.

We kicked things off with the beef tartare. Flavor? Spot on. Texture? A little too minced for our taste borderline mushy, but honestly, I’d still order it again.

Next up, yellowfin tuna. Solid dish, and that sauce? Chef’s kiss.

Now, let’s talk about the oysters. They were on the special menu that night, and WOW… bangers. As an oyster fanatic, I can confirm they did these Rockefellers right.

For the main, this seafood lover went for the Mediterranean dorade picatta. Perfectly seasoned, crispy skin.

Then came the Cacio e Pepe. A simple, classic Italian dish. Was it life changing? No. Was it creamy enough? Also no. My partner thought it was okay, but as a non-pasta person, it just didn’t do it for me.

Big shoutout to our waiter, who was on top of everything by keeping our space clean, ensuring we were set for each dish, just top-tier service. We ordered everything at once, and the whole experience was smooth, professional, and paired with the perfect warm, intimate lighting.

Definitely worth a visit!

Well, what an experience. The Chicken Marsala had absolutely no taste—unless “bland” is a flavor now—and came with more mushrooms than actual chicken. The lamb chops? Let’s just say I’ve had better luck with frozen dinners. The “homemade” pasta was… memorable, but not in a good way. And the special bread they charge extra for because it “takes three days to bake”? Amazing how three days of effort can produce something that tastes exactly like reheated regular bread. Truly impressive.

I came hoping for a great meal, and instead got a masterclass in disappointment. I won’t be returning.

Celebrating our anniversary this evening was far from our expectations. There was a group of loud outlandish women screaming, laughing, yelling and using the F word in the long room in the back of the dining room. The French doors were open on both sides with many of them walking in and out of the room and being loud and boisterous. Half way through our meal I asked the waiter to close the doors. He did finally but he could have used better judgement and did it without me asking earlier. He was the only waiter at the time we arrived. Later one more wait staff was in. We felt we got a very hurried dinner with no ambiance and was just another burden to get us through our dinner. Perhaps they could have seated us somewhere else or asked the group diners to be have a little more decorum. After all it wasn’t the bar. I don’t think we would ever go back again. I dot want to pay top dollar to feel like I’m eating in cheap bar. Very disappointed.

Sadly we were somewhat disappointed with this place. Had heard good things but….food was overly salted, bolognese pasta was overcooked. Chicken cannelloni sauce was odd – the flavor just didn’t work for me at all. Would not recommend. Didn’t like having to pay for bread beyond our first order. $4.00 for anchovies on top of a $14.50 Caesar is crazy. Caesar was completely drowning in
dressing. Kale salad was good but dressing was unbalanced/too acidic. Very loud/hard to hear. And last-I hate the 3% service charge for using a credit card. Will not return.

This is an amazing experience. The bread is a must. The drinks are outstanding. The dry aged steak is something of legend. The Tiramisu was the best I have ever had. This is italian fusion. Leave your tired south and northeast Philly italian grandmother’s at the door. It’s simply wonderful. I will be returning.

The highlight of the meal was the grapefruit martini and the delicious bread. The pasta underwhelmed. Call me crazy but for $32.50 I want a full plate of pasta and full-size shrimp. The pasta was also undercooked and the lemon sauce was nothing special. A little disappointing.
