This was my first time at this restaurant. I took my girlfriend out for an early valentines day and it was amazing. The food, service, and drinks were all perfect. I’ve been a bartender for 20+ years, so I know what I’m saying. My girlfriend said it was the best strawberry margarita that she has ever had. Our waitress was attentive, fun, and she gave my girlfriend a chocolate Hersheys kiss at the end of our dinner. Literally perfect. They made our day! Thanks so much and we will be back soon!

My daughter and I came in for dinner today and had the worst service from the waitress as she seemed annoyed with us.we set down with the menus we asked for a few minutes and she came back 45 seconds later asking if we were ready.never returned to fill our drinks the hostess came over and refilled our drinks and salsa so a thank you to her..our food comes out and I could have it better at home to many restaurants in Columbus to spend my money at and receive great service..the portion size wasn’t enough For a child let alone an adult..I really liked this place but I won’t be back

First time visit. Met some friends that recommended this location. The first thing I noticed after pulling into the lot was the awesome outdoor patio. Decided to try the lunch portion of the chicken fajitas. Veggies were caramelized nicely. Yum. The staff was great. Definitely recommend.

This was a DoorDash order that was sealed properly upon arrival, so the driver nor DoorDash are at fault this is specifically a restaurant issue.
Do not eat here if you want actual Mexican food, pictures below. They forgot to add the meat or got confused when I added beans to my kids tacos, white sauce wasn’t included yet purchased and on the receipt, I spent $22 for a seafood chimichanga that had 4 pieces of overcooked shrimp, 6 pieces of overcooked scallops and frozen spinach. My side salad had actual seeds and chickpeas in it like I started to laugh. Where’s the sour cream and avocado? Like y’all are charging THAT much and can’t use fresh spinach?? Bewildered. My husbands pelusa didn’t have the cheese on it and also weirdly had white rice. And don’t even get me started on the salsa, no spice no salt you could practically drink it. I was left so confused.
I’m aware had I sat down at this restaurant I could immediately report the issues but I’m left leaving wondering if the restaurant will take any accountability for the lack of quality in their food. I was refunded for the missing meat on the tacos and the missing white sauce ($7 DD refund) but the weird salad mix, lacking in quality and value chimichanga and the add ons was not something DoorDash was looking to accept. I left my driver with his $10 tip because let’s face it, known of this was their fault with the bag properly sealed out the door.
Judging by the reviews this definitely isn’t the first time but I would have to wonder if Tres Potrillos is known for not having spice or if I ordered incorrectly for my palate.

My favorite! If you’re asking me, “Where would you like to eat?’ I’m always going to choose to go to Tres Potrillos! I have visited many times throughout the years and introduced a number of friends to this restaurant and we all same the same things: Love the food, love the service, and I’ll be back!

Great food, staff hates non Spanish customers. They act like we were a nuisance and should go to our Non Spanish restaurants. We were not the ICE agents, we are just trying to enjoy some good food. They were rude and dismissive of our existence in their restaurant. Beware of this place, if you’re not espanol.
