This has to he the least Mexican Mexican restaurant I have tried. I cannot figure out how the menu fits. What a weird assortment of food items. The overall food quality is good, but the flavor is anything but Mex.
The table salsa presentation is a joke. Each person gets a small plastic cup with about two tablespoons of salsa. Odd. There is no heat to the salsa. The salsa Verde has zero heat.
I could with never visiting again.

This is not Mexican food. The live music is good and the drinks are just ok but if you eat here you will be disappointed. The food is so bad that it’s almost comical. This has to be the worst attempt at Mexican food that I have ever encountered. Eat here at your own risk.

5 stars for the service and atmosphere and that’s the only good part. I just wasted $65 hoping to eat Mexican food but instead we saw a bar menu with queso and wanna be fajitas. The veggies were precooked (not even freshly sauteed) and the steak was by far the worst meat I’ve ever tasted. It tasted like gyro meat and spam had a baby and named it Tres hombre fajitas. The kids ordered Dino nuggets and I don’t know how you can mess those up but mission accomplished! I order the cheese fries and again… disappointed in the (steak) gyro spam on top. I understand how difficult it us to be profitable in this economic climate but please just raise the price of your menu and design a menu that leaves ppl feeling satisfied. I read the reviews after I tasted this disaster of a lunch so you know im not the only one feeling this way when they leave. Thus is my 1st bad review I’ve ever posted but I couldn’t let it go. the owner should be ashamed of this food and please listen to the many bad reviews you have and quit serving this trash!!!

Worst experience in a long time
The waitress was clueless. The vegetable fajitas had only green peppers and onions. My wife ordered something and the waitress waited until all of the food to come out to let her know her food was not available. My friend ordered the beef Taco salad… she brought out the Taco salad with no meat. The waitress was unapologetic and completely clueless.

After being a long time Tres fan I was extremely disappointed to learn they have completely changed the menu. None of the old favorites.
I had some Corn shell tacos with steak and the corn shells were not edible as they were dripping in grease and soggy. When I told the waitress she had an attitude, Replying that’s what corn shells do when they are baked lol I think she meant fried.
When I mentioned it was a little disappointing nothing of the old Tres Was on the menu. She had an attitude and said oh well, Things change!
She clearly did not care that the food was bad. She had An attitude the entire time.
Sadly, I would never go back there! The old Tres is gone Along with the great environment and the awesome service!

salsa tastes like canned tomatoes with shreds of carrots and a little cilantro. Shrimp tacos- corn tortillas- extremely greasy, chips tasted like the fryer oil needs to be changed. Not many Mexican items on the menu, very random options. Disappointed.
