What a great place! Small location with a nice patio out front. The service was excellent, and our server was very attentive and helpful with menu questions. I think the enchiladas I had were probably the best enchiladas I’ve had in years! They cooked cheese on the outside of the tortilla, which left a nice shell and slight crunch. Very impressed. Everything was fresh and delicious! I wish we lived closer and could come here more often.

Absolutely delicious! The vibe is so lovely and welcoming. Everyone there, staff and patrons alike, was so kind and welcoming. The food is delicious. Better than we’ve found in Denver lately! The street tacos were all so fresh and flavorful. My husband had the enchiladas with mole and loved that too. Highly recommend!

Food: fantastic, authentic, scratch-made Mexican food (and some creative fusion items). We had a couple tacos (Taco Tuesday!!) w/ handmade tortillas, three salsas with handmade chips and their famous Papas entree. All items were worth trekking here from anywhere in Colorado to eat. The quality of ingredients and overall amazing flavor was surprising to come from a small mountain town.
Ambiance: cozy, well decorated, great playlist and a good bar make for an excellent experience
Service: Sara was so welcoming, sweet and knowledgeable. Seems like everyone working here takes pride in being a part of this place which then makes being here even more inviting.
Highly recommend (especially bc they stock Coca Cola products and Dos Equis!)

Carrie served my mom, friend and I and let me tell you!!!! Everything about this place is amazing. The guac is some of the best guac I’ve ever had and the loaded papas were amazing. I opted to make them vegan and it was so easy to enjoy my meal. Nothing but happy people, amazing service, and fantastic food. 2 out of the 3 people in my group has chronic health conditions and this food was really easy to enjoy and not have any concerns with the food choices.

By far the best restaurant in Nederland-proper, full stop. Consistently delicious food and consistently generous portions; the chimichangas and enchiladas are standout tracks, so to speak, but it’s all impressive. Great selection of continuously inventive artisan margaritas (that really pack a punch), and other cocktails. Wonderful owners & staff. I’ve lived up here for many years, & Tres Gringos is one of the only culinary establishments that really delivers the goods. No price gouging (despite inflation), no cutting corners. Worth every penny, and a jovial hub, to boot. ️

We went to this little gem on a cold rainy day and it was warm and fun inside, with delicious food that was worth every penny! Our server (Whitney) was AMAZING and had excellent suggestions on how to mix things up like dipping the nachos in their hatch green chili. Would definitely go again to try all the tacos on their menu!

The most amazing food! I had the best burrito! And the margaritas had a great kick as well! I have a lot of burritos, snd this one was my favorite. We also had the blackberry salsa; and that was very delightful!

My wife is a vegetarian and I’m a carnivore. She’s tired of only having impossible burgers and salads when we out. NOT THE CASE HERE. She LOVED all the offerings and felt indulged with her veggie burrito. I loved my quesadilla. 5 stars.
