Hannah, a non verbal autistic child had a dream of building an ice cream shop. Although she could not express in words what she envisioned, she created a 3D model of her desires and dreams. Hannah carefully carried home her art project and gave it to her parents until it was given new life. The Trenton Ice Cream Parlor is the physical manifestation of this child’s dreams and is modeled after the logo for this capital city, Trenton Makes, and the World Takes.

All my senses were activated in the small yet so tremendously huge at heart ice cream parlor. The outside of the store is so aesthetically pleasing. The front of the store is immaculate and just makes you want to come inside.
My scent, as soon as you walk inside- the scent is delicious. It smells sooooo delicious in there. You have to give it a try. The service was outstanding- she was patient and helped my son pick out a flavor, she was just so sweet. You can tell by solely looking into her sweet hazel colored eyes. Lastly, the milkshake I ordered, I felt as if she made it with so much love. It really was delicious and I will definitely be back again with my son. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. This truly is a gem in this area.

Great ice cream and killer service. Free parking. The decor is well done. The customer service was great. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The offered free popcorn which we loved. It was a great experience all around. Don’t hesitate to visit.

My husband and I stumbled upon Trenton Ice Cream Parlor on the last day of the Taste Trenton festival. As new residents of the city, we are pleased to say we now have a favorite ice cream parlor here. The ice cream was great! I had the Better Brownies and the Strawberry Donut, and my husband had the Coconut ice cream. However, what really made our experience exceptional was Eric and MiMi. Learning about their story, their family, their inspiration, and their ambition to not only be an ice cream parlor, but a place where members of the community can come and be authentic and have authentic convos with them, makes them stand out in so many GREAT ways. We will definitely make this one of our frequented treat places. And we will be back to see and speak with them soon! Thank you for welcoming us to the community.

I be in the mood for some ice cream and I only live right around the corner from them which is perfect. The service is Amazing. Their kids are very friendly and so are they. They have/sell flavors of ice cream and water ice that I’ve never heard of before. I like to try something and this is the perfect spot. It be hitting on the hot days like these.

Delicious !!! I had a waffle cone with one scoop capuchino crunch and another with moose tracks… OMG… AMAZING. The service was incredible. The owner, Erick, was such a great person to converse with. Offered my mom some “birthday cake” ice cream. We will definitely make this our go to spot!
