Good selection of craft beers, mainly local; relaxed, buzzing vibe; friendly service.
Craft beers offered in 5oz pours, so you can do flights. Love that! 4/5 for beer tasting.
Food is decent, but I wouldn’t come back for it.
Good spot for happy hour after work!

Really wanted to like this place. They have a great selection of beers and drinks but falter everywhere else. The food was just okay. Our meats were very overcooked and not how we ordered. This place is seat yourself. Took me over 20 minutes to get acknowledged and brought a menu, then didn’t see anyone back at my table for 20+ more minutes. Took well over 40 minutes to get our food after ordering, which ended with disappointment. If you are coming here just for drinks you might have a better experience.

I really don’t know how they won 3 “best of” awards in 2025. We’ve been to Trencher’s several times over five years of living in Renton and while it’s never been amazing, it’s at least been good.
Not last night.
It seemed like nothing went right from the start. There were only two bartenders to handle the bar + all tables. The tables were all pushed too close together and made movement difficult. They were short on menus, and between that and the staffing, it took quite some time to order. Once we DID order, food came out in a fairly reasonable time, however, my order (nachos) was wrong. It was corrected, but an ingredient I’m not a fan of / was not listed on the menu (pickled onions) was added. I was too hungry by that point so I just ate around it.
The men’s room was dimly lit and in poor repair – loose faucet at the sink, dented fixtures, etc.
Overall, it was a disappointing evening out and we won’t be back.

Nice place to catch trivia 5 nights a week or any game happening in or with any Seattle team! Only downside is from Happy Hour on, it is LOUD!! Great place to grab a beer and a quick bite. Recommend the empanadas and/or the crispy brussel sprouts with bacon!!

We had a wonderful brunch here on a rainy Saturday. The food was delicious. I had a selection of baked empanadas – my favorite was filled with cheese and onion. The coffee was really good and the server kept my mug full. Great service. Low key, quiet atmosphere. We stayed for a couple of hours. Will definitely return!

Had a blast at karaoke night! Can’t wait for it to start picking up steam! The DJ was spot on with introducing performers, the crowd was supportive, and the stage was 5 feet off the ground which felt amazing.
The only thing I’d say is that the coconut shrimp tacos probably should’ve had the tortillas warmed up a bit more.

Seemed to be understaffed so it took a bit to get our food and drinks. It also took quite a bit for someone to come back and check on us. Other than that, amazing selection of beers, ciders, and cocktails. Anyone who enjoys trying new beers and ciders should totally stop by for a few drinks. I still can’t believe the vanilla cider I had actually had a smooth vanilla taste to it. Food was good. Atmosphere was light and chill. We happened to go right before their Tuesday comedy show which turned out to be quite entertaining! I loved that all the comedians were at different levels, skill wise. Definitely want to attend that again even if it ends up being the same people with the same sets.

You need to update your online menus. I mainly came in because I saw you had beer-battered fish and chips, and house made potato chips. You have neither, but I got fish and fries anyway. The fish was way overdone, and because it’s panko, that made it almost inedible. Fries were over as well, but not as bad. Your “tartar sauce” was like flavored water. Why was it so runny?
There were also taps I could see that weren’t listed on your “current,” week old, tap menu.
I tried sending this only to Contact Us, so it would be just between us, but was met with, “There was an error processing your request.” So, this experience lives here now. No reason to ever come back with the current owners.

The food looks amazing, but that’s where the goodness ends. The nachos were sweet, the chorizo flat bread tasted flat and the wings were bland. Do the chefs even taste the food? I didn’t think I was at a dessert bar, but there I was with plates of sweet food. When we left, the plates looked pretty much the same.

The service was horrible. We were a table of 8 but only 3 people had food. There was only one other person in the place and she did not come over and ask me for an order or if I wanted a drink we had to go to the bar and ask her to come to our table. She never came back and asked if we’d like another. She never cleared our table. And she charged us 18% tip for our table although there was nobody else in the bar. I will never go back.
