The food is truly so amazing and they added so many twists to the classics. The specialty drinks all taste rich and with layers, and the sugarloaf sunrise sammy and lox are both must tries!

The Trenary Toast Café is a great addition to Marquette! The service is friendly, the food is delicious, with lots of interesting choices, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

The atmosphere when walking in seemed chaotic. There were people placing an order making entering the building difficult. There were very limited seating. You had to grab your own menu and stand in front of others that were eating to wait to place an order. The person taking orders appeared to be new as she was slow but efficient. The food…. daughter wanted the cinnamon roll Sammie but they were all out of cinnamon rolls at 1:30 pm so they replaced it with cinnamon raisin bread that was a good 1.5 inches thick per slice. It was mediocre. I ordered the pony roll and I asked for no horse radish and got extra sauce making my sandwich unedible. The cardamon honey latte had enough cinnamon to kill making it undrinkable. It left my mouth feeling like I licked tree bark. The food was not worth what I paid which was over $50.00 for two drinks and two sandwiches and a bowl if pasta salad.

Trendy spot in Marquette featuring excellent specialty lattes and nice breakfast bites. I would recommend the French toast and the trenary toast latte. Don’t forget to pick up a bag of the infamous toast in the shop at the back of the store!

I ordered their vegan melt and my husband ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches, the Harlow Lake Sunrise Sammy made vegan. They say they have food for all diets, but that doesn’t mean it’s good.

My melt was…weird. It was vegan cheddar cheese, vegan mayo, vegan cream cheese, vegan bacon, tomato, and diced jalapeno. It was visually unappealing and it was too goopy. The assortment of cheeses and condiments did not make sense, and the diced jalapenos don’t make sense on a sandwich.

The unmodified breakfast sandwich has red pepper hummus, fried egg, feta, cucumber, tomato, and spring mix. On the menu, it says it can be vegan for $1.50. His sandwich came out with hummus, cucumber, tomato, and spring mix with a slice of vegan cheddar. There was no replacement for the egg and the feta was replaced with cheddar. Why did we pay extra to have less? Also, the hashbrown that came with the sandwich was soggy and it tasted like fish.

Groovy little counter serve place in DT Marquette. Try the cinnamon roll (the large is easily enough for two) and the squeaky cheese plate. And make sure to get some of the cloudberry jam.

Great food! The Lovely Lox is my favorite. The habenaro jelly is the perfect amount of sweet and spicy.

Had the Cardamom Maple Latte and cinnamon roll- wow unreal how delicious. As a coffee lover, I feel like I am highly critical of coffee/drinks and there aren’t many places I enjoy it at. But TT Cafe, you guys, this was hands down the best latte I have ever had. I was honestly sad when my drink was gone. The people working were awesome. Thank you!!!

It’s a very busy place with unique food choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere and the people that work there were nice.

First time coming to this place. Food was good, but prices seem incredibly high. Fourteen bucks for two tiny pieces of “French toast” and a couple slices of bacon? For that price, I’d expect four slices of toast or at least two very large slices. The decor is a bit all over the place, and I wouldn’t even call it eclectic. The restaurant was clean and bright and smelled very good. The hot chai latte was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and service was fairly quick.
