We were in search of a great hamburger joint and happen to be in the Chattanooga north shore and a no brainer was Tremont Tavern! This long established restaurant is kinda considered a historic establishment due to being a nighttime college joint and of course the best burgers around. I had the Gouda burger with tater tots and my wife got the burger with horseradish sauce in which I can’t recall the name of it, oh well. Great service as always and the ambiance remains steady! Highly recommend a visit for any group.

If you’re searching for an amazing meal in a very fun little spot, Treemont is it. Limited seating is all I can complain about and it’s not even a complaint, I completely understand why it’s always crowded. I chose a burger with tots and it was everything I was told it was. This place is a must try!!!

The service and food and drinks here are always super amazing. The environment is super cool. The parking is available. There’s plenty of parking on the street available. The only thing that could make this place better is if all the insurance reps, CPA’s, and bookkeepers would find a different spot to go in Chattanooga. This could easily be the coolest part in North Chad, but it’s right over by a bunch of well reference there above.

The vibe at Tremont is great! Just a casual place to chill with good beers and great food. Had the The Steakonia burger and it was awesome. Although I loved every aspect of the burger, the homemade steak sauce was what really stood out. Also had the greens and they were so good I could have taken a bath in them. Definitely a lunch to remember.

My husband and I️ had a date here last week. While the entrance was slightly hard to find, the burgers were phenomenal. We will be back. My only suggestion would be to have the option for brioche buns instead of the ones they had. It was a bit dry compared to a brioche or potato bun. That is a personal preference however, we will return with the burgers as-is.

Wow the burgers are awesome. Had the burger of the Month and wife had the pimento burger both were fantastic, The burger itself was very flavorful not from seasoning but the meat itself. Service was awesome, no assigned waiter but someone was aways making sure you had what you needed. What a great place, would highly recommend.

Used the event space for an engagement party and everything from start to finish was amazing!!! David worked with me when I had to reschedule the event due to weather and he was understanding and accommodating!! Jamie, our bartender, was out of this word wonderful offering to help set up for the party, making sure everyone had drinks, serving promptly, and with the best attitude and demeanor!!! The space was chill and relaxing!! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!!

We decided to give this place a try because we had heard so much about it from friends. When we first walked in the music was so loud and continued to stay that way throughout the meal. You can barely talk to each other because of the volume. Waitress comes to the table and takes our order. We never see her again after she brings the drinks. Food was brought out by a different lady that I’m still not sure if she was our waitress now or not. My burger was ordered medium but was undercooked. I will say it had a good taste though. Wife got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich which was very bland and had very little cheese on it. I will say the fries and tater tots were very good. So, we finish our meal and waited and waited for someone to come back to the table. First waitress was across the restaurant at another table, second waitress didn’t come back, finally flag some guy down and ask if we could get a to go box and the check. I would still say go and try this place, just take some earplugs. 🙂

We stopped here for lunch on a recent road trip thru Chattanooga. We enjoyed some of the best burgers and sandwiches that we’ve ever had. Prices are reasonable. Get there early because seating can be hard to find. We will definitely return!

I ate at Tremont Tavern after bible study today. I heard that they had great burgers and the person that told me was definitely telling the truth. I had the Harvarti Burger and fries. They were both delicious and I will definitely be back. I couldn’t eat all my fries. Also Mark was the gentleman that waited on me and he gave excellent customer service!
