The food we ordered was amazing! Authentic and fresh! We had just come back from Mexico and were in Pasco and it tasted just like the food we had eaten on vacation. Great price for really great Mexican food!

Food was okay but not great, meat was pretty tough and chewy, service was non existent I did get a refill on my soda at the end of the meal but they refilled with water, language barrier made the payment really confusing she was really confused at what food we ordered which made it worse since we don’t really know enough Spanish to confirm what they were saying. Still tipped but disappointed since we heard good things about this place.

We found this restaurant when we attended the Pasco taco crawl this year. It’s such a cool hidden gem. It reminds me of an old diner, with the counter and stools anchored to the floor, the open kitchen, and booths lining the front windows. The food is authentic and fresh, great quality. I had enchiladas and my husband had tripe street tacos. They were amazing! My husband praised the tripe. It’s not something that’s easy to make, and has to be made just right to be decent. He said that was the best tripe he’s ever had. They have a salsa bar with insane spicy salsa all the way to super mild. The service was friendly and welcoming. The lady helping us was really sweet and we loved chatting about food with her. Highly recommend! We’ll be going back for sure!

There is a reason these tacos have won many competitions, the guacamole salsa has a great kick and the green salsa is mild but flavorful. The picture is two street tacos. The big taco’s tortillas I believe are homemade but not fried like in the small tacos. They serve beer but no liquor.

I found a piece of trash in my Taco I called them up and the woman basically called me a liar said she didn’t believe.so I went back in person to show her and she acknowledged that happens sometimes didn’t say sorry said what I wanted I told her my money back she said no but she could make me another taco to make up for the trash taco really disappointed never going back here don’t support business like this.

Overall great spot for authentic Mexican food in Pasco.
I was just driving through and this place is super authentic as the waitress first spoke to me in Spanish before realizing I didn’t understand.
Food was good and overall well priced.

We went to the truck in Kennewick.
I liked the tortillas. The salsa was “ok”
I’ll make this quick,
Service was terrible (my wife and I were the only ones there and the girl who took our order forgot we were standing 5 feet in front of her)
Overpriced, we paid $28 for 10 beef tacos, with hardly anything on them,
The “meat” (which was MOSTLY grizzle pictures say 1000 words ) was burned badly and didn’t seem to have any seasoning. I have decided that they know how bad it is and only put a tiny amount on in an attempt to show mercy.

So the main issue was the size of the regular tacos. They were literally the size of a 50 cent peice. So insane. The smallest tacos I’ve ever ever seen.
The birria tacos were excellent. Probably the best I’ve had.
Other issue was the cashier. It is what it is.

Wow! What great service! The food was equally good. Tostadas de Ceviche were flavorful and delightful . The lengua was super tender and melt in your mouth good. Al Pastor was fantastic and cooked on a spot the way it is meant to be. Michaladas were great, although I wish the Chamoy was thicker and more home made. This place is my new favorite spot in the Tri-Cities.

Ordered a torta sandwich. Cook was chatting with his mates. Possibly drinking a beer. Went back and started making my food. Never washed his hands or wore gloves. Very disappointed and hope I don’t get food poisoning or any other illnesses.
