I made sure to leave a review because the lady I see is spot on for customer service and consistency. Zoe with Long dark hair and little make-up. (Beautiful) But this is a small town and she has been busy and rocked all her orders. The line of people was crazy and she’d work it alone. I have dairy free iced mocha and nobody makes it like her. We just want to let the owner know that even though we didn’t stop by this shop until roughly 8 minutes before it closed, the young guy at the desk was so very friendly and positive. Even though your store was about to close, he made us a great Americano, took time to tell us about the baker who made the dangerously yummy chocolate chip pumpkin bread and the other goodies you offered in the store. Not only did we not feel rushed, his positivity made us want to come back another day when we had more time. We know how hard it is to find staff to work in small towns. We didn’t catch his name but thought he brightened our day and wanted to show our appreciation. Thank you!

I just watched a lady come in and order coffee after me, only to receive all four drinks before me. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this type of vibe. Just snobby, with a dash of preferred treatment. This MONTANA FAMILY is done supporting this unappreciative business. We also frequent their sister business Great Gray Gifts, and will no longer be supporting either of these.
