Columbia is oversaturated with fast-food chains, and unfortunately, the community’s overall health reflects that reality. What’s even more concerning is seeing restaurants cut back on service days instead of improving access to quality dining options. As the county’s population grows and traffic congestion increases, the lack of diverse and nutritious food choices becomes even more obvious. It’s time this area moves forward and provides residents with real food alternatives, not just the same options.

Absolutely love the food here! The pork belly is to die for the rice and noodles are consistently good, I have never had a bad meal there and the prices are good and affordable! Do not skip this one you will not be disappointed! The staff is also always kind and inviting. We love it here and will always come back!

The $11 buffet is certainly priced right and the personnel were friendly. Sadly the food was only so so and many of the items on the buffet were somewhere between totally cold and room temperature.
The one really bright spot was the Calemari, which was freshly fried, and tender with a crispy coating! That was hot and delicious.

In the year since the first experience and review, I ventured back for the food. The food is still really good for the dishes I eat most, which is awesome. Atmosphere is still quite nice and cozy. The biggest change in a year was the service and staff! I was greeted upon entering today, offered the option of the AYCE Bar, checked on during the meal and brought the check when asked. Such a striking difference in experience! So, I’ve updated the rating from 2 to 4 stars.
Atmosphere is nice and decent food. Service was poor at best. Offered a single drink for a dine-in meal. Apparently taking your time to eat is frowned upon as I was not offered a refill to go with the meal. I was also presented with the check 1/2 way through with the “whenever your ready” statement which is the polite way of saying, “your done, leave”. Very offended by this as it’s my first time in my new town.

Tray’s Garden is a small buffet, but what they offer is delicious. I am touched by the signs they have encouraging clients to not waste food, which for me helps me be more conscientious of what I’m putting on my plate.
The young man who was waiting on our table seemed to be a teenager possibly at one of his first jobs, and he was incredibly polite and checked in on us at timely intervals. If you want a cozy atmosphere with delicious food and courteous staff, try Tray’s!

Went for the first time because was told food was good. Not so much spent 28.00 for Mongolian beef and had maybe 4 pcs of beef and no flavor. Chicken lo mein had no flavor and very little chicken

Absolutely delicious food! Service was wonderful. The buffet was a very good price. Our family of three ate for $34. We left stuffed and happy. Every time something was getting low it immediately was filled up. The food was so fresh! Wish they were open on weekends but it’s worth the weekday trip for such tasty food.
