Very nice service, food and atmosphere. It overlooks the ski slope with a stunning view. But they were very busy and slow. There is a nice outside deck with gas fire bar. The inside was clean, considering all the traffic they get. I ordered an Asian rice noodle bowl. It came with an orchid flower garnish. How classy is that!!

What an amazing place!!! We were so happy to find Trax when our resort restaurant was closed. We had the pleasure of having Liz as our waitress both nights and she was a gem. Food was so amazing I ordered a flat bed to go for a road snack for our long drive home tomorrow.

This has to be the most expensive place I’ve ever ate for what you get! A basket of chicken tenders you get five of them they are paper thin and overcooked. The macaroni and cheese with brisket they must have taken maybe at the most two slices of very thin brisket and chopped it into tiny little pieces! Definitely not worth the money! And I go to a lot of restaurants and have paid quite high prices not for food like this.

Ate here 2 days in a row: dinner last night and lunch today. Family was split between 2 tables last night because my oldest son and I took an extra run and they’d only seat the people who were there. We’ve never encountered that elsewhere. Kids enjoyed their kids meals. Maple bacon burger was great, had it both times. Beer selection is good but for some reason I was always served a smaller plastic cup (see photo) when I saw other people with actual pint glasses. Would not recommend the coffee stout, however, it was flat and just tasted like cold coffee.

Worse dinner ever. If you are going to advertise local sourced Elk meat, it would nice to know how to cook it. Burger was well done, dry and awful. Fries were stale and tasteless. We understand the problems with restaurants having staffing problems but pulling the bar tender into the kitchen to work and leaving us to wait 15-20mins for our drink order is unacceptable. We will not go back.

We came during lunch after skiing and most definitely enjoyed ourselves! It’s a relaxed atmosphere with great service, a good beer and wine list, great food, and a beautiful view of the slopes! Our server was attentive, our food came out fast, and we were able to enjoy a few cocktails outside on their deck. I would highly recommend Trax after enjoying time on the slopes!

Felt unwelcome. Took over an hour to be brought water, then another half an hour to take our order. Food was cold. Took over an hour to cash out after asking for the check. Witnessed other tables getting up and leaving due to lack of attendance from the staff. I understand being short staffed but this could have communicated better, or they could have simply apologized. They never said thank you, have a good night, or I’m sorry that took so long. The only thing they seem to serve well is dirty looks and bad attitudes. Also don’t drink shots on the job if you can’t handle your tables. This has truly set the standard for the worst service I’ve ever received. So at least there’s that. -5 stars. Despite everything I still left a 40% tip because I’m not a monster.

We kind of wanted to have a sit down lunch..but, they were super busy. Which is fine, that just means they have good food! Instead we chose to grab some slices from out front. Great pizza, super quick!
