I worked with Chef Pasquale and the team at Trattoria RNB Private Dining & Events to host an intimate birthday dinner for my mom. It was literally better than I could have ever expected. The menu was extremely customized to our needs (especially my husband’s gluten free allergy) and there were so many courses, we lost count!! Each dish that came out was beautiful land extremely delicious. I could not recommend this team more for any of your private dinners / events / catering needs.

As someone with severe food allergies and medical dietary restrictions, I was incredibly impressed by the level of care they put into accommodating me. Instead of creating a separate menu—as most places do—they thoughtfully modified each course so I could enjoy the same dishes as my friends. That level of intention meant so much and made the night even more special.
The food was outstanding, the atmosphere felt like a mini vacation, and before we knew it, the experience had ended—we genuinely didn’t want it to be over. I’m already planning to visit their upcoming events soon.
Highly recommend this experience. The culinary talent and hospitality of this couple are unmatched.

We had our wedding celebration with a 10 course meal. Everyone we talked to over the phone and email prior to the event was super nice and we were able to call to discuss our preferences with the head chef. The food was AMAZING, we literally felt like we were in Italy. My wife is Italian and she enjoyed every single thing! The rooftop is beautiful and the staff is also super nice and friendly! We will definitely be back it’s nice to have a place that gives you a taste of Italy 2 hours-ish away by car!

First of all, the food was beyond amazing and the number and variety of courses was more than I had hoped for – but what really blew me away was Chef Pasquale himself. He took the time to understand the specifics of our event, my family and the hosting environment and was able to cater the menu and customize his service specifically to our needs. I would highly recommend Chef Pasquale Di Diana’s private chef experiences. He curated a meal for my wife and me that spanned his RNB dishes, incorporated French and Greek dishes and beyond – this was by request to curate a menu that evoked specific cuisine of our favorite vacations from 15 years of memories together. Chef took the suggested progression and designed an eight course menu (including multiple dishes in two of the courses) that told the story of our relationship through food. Chef advised me on wine pairings and prepared dishes for my two children on top of everything else. I felt that he put his heart and soul into the preparation and the experience transcended the high quality of the food. It was an unforgettable experience only made possible by the Chef’s passion to design, prepare, cook and serve a wonderful meal.

I threw a cocktail dinner party for my wife’s 40th and 12 of our friends and had Chef Pasquale and his team create the menu and host what was an amazing night. Food was incredible, service was exceptional, and it just made for a really special night. Our guests walked away with raving reviews and compliments to the chef and team.

From the appetizers to the pasta, fish, prime rib, sides, and dessert, every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. The food was excellent. Chef Pasquale was charming and engaging. His team was also attentive and helpful throughout the evening. I highly recommend.

What a great restaurant. We opted for the 10 course tasting menu and weren’t disappointed. We were able to try so many different flavors across the three regions with the Chef explaining each course. A bonus the chef accommodated my nut allergy in the tasting. It’s an incredible deal and we will definitely be going back. Thank you to the RNB team!
