Best tiramisu I’ve ever had. Pizza was great. Kale salad was great. Cacio e pepe, bruschetta, and cannoli were average.

Staff were kind and friendly. Food came out quickly.

Came for the winterlicious lunch menu at $34 which came with an appetizer, main, and dessert. For $34 that is a great deal.

Great food and service. I went with my partner for a late lunch and the food did not disappoint. We got the burrata as appetizer and it was so good and fresh. The lasagna was tastier than I imagined and the presentation was so pretty. My partner got the pasta mafalde, which was the right amount of creamy and tasty. The atmosphere was a little loud to talk with the music and background noise, but it was still an enjoyable lunch.

Had one of the best plates of pasta and a year later I’m still thinking about it. The seating area is nice and quaint. The sauce was so flavorful and the staff were really nice. I came to eat here for my birthday one night and the restaurant was full but they luckily were able to make a table for me and I was so grateful. I can’t wait until I can come back.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their food after ordering delivery, especially as someone who has visited in person and enjoyed their dishes when properly made. I ordered the Capellini and tiramisu – the capellini came without any goat cheese (which is the selling point of the dish) and the tiramisu was smaller than the size of my hand. The tiramisu when ordered at the restaurant is enough for two people, but the delivery one would barely feed one person. I’d expected significantly better quality regardless if I order in person or delivery, especially at the price point they’re charging.

I’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been great. The kale salad and burrata are beautifully done and the mains are solid as well. It’s a good downtown spot and worth visiting. The only thing is that the prices have gone up quite a bit, around $30 for an appetizer feels a bit overpriced. I also wasn’t a fan of the automatic 18% gratuity, even at lunch, especially since the service was fairly standard (water was brought initially but not refilled etc.). Still a good restaurant.

Stayed in the Four Seasons right next to it. After trying several restaurants in the area, this was my favorite. Food and wine list is very good, prices are reasonable and the ambience is incredible. Will come back.

My favourite Itilian restaurant in downtown Toronto, the 3rd time in this next half year after first visit with my daught in law。 today we enjoyed everything we ordered in the pictures 。 meanwhile I would thank for the waiter who recommended me the Itilian pasta with white truffle wich is my first time to taste the white truffle , really very yummy! and I also like the bread very much。

I had a really nice late lunch today. This was my first time visiting Cafe Nervosa. Really enjoyed the service and the lasagna was truly one of the best tasting flavors I’ve ever had. Melted in my mouth and the presentation was superb.

My server Luca was funny and hospitable. The staff here are very warm and friendly.

Whenever I’m in the neighborhood and looking for my Italian fix I’m coming here.

The other dishes looked amazing as well.

Thank you for a fantastic lunch.

This is a cozy little place to dine in, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes it a nice choice for a relaxed meal. The restaurant has two floors, which adds a bit of character, and with the patio now open, it’s a great spot to enjoy some fresh air when the weather is nice. Just a heads-up—the tables are quite close to each other, so it’s worth being mindful of your conversations and movement, especially during busy times.

The food menu is fairly limited, but the items offered are nicely prepared. Prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are decent—just enough for one person to feel satisfied without being overly full. It’s a solid pick if you’re in the mood for something simple and comforting.

Our food did take a bit longer than expected to arrive, which was a slight downside, especially if you’re hungry or on a tighter schedule. That said, the overall experience was still pleasant.

A special shout-out to Shariar, who was kind enough to treat us to a complimentary tiramisu—what a lovely surprise! He’s a former colleague of mine, so it was really nice to reconnect and see a familiar face. That thoughtful gesture definitely added a personal touch to our visit.

All in all, it’s a good place to unwind over a meal, especially now that the patio is open. A few small adjustments could enhance the experience, but the cozy vibe and friendly gesture made the visit memorable.

Hidden gem in Yorkville. Had such an amazing experience. The restaurant was very accommodating during this busy holiday season despite not having reservations. The food and drink were excellent!
