I had a great T-bone steak here in Florence. The meat was high quality and cooked just right. It was served on a warm brazier, so the steak stayed warm throughout the meal.
Our waiter, Billy, was very friendly and recommended a local wine that paired well with the steak. It was reasonably priced and served in a decanter, which helped bring out its flavor. The staff, including Billy, were all very welcoming and made our dinner pleasant.
I suggest making a reservation in advance. It’s located a bit outside the main city center, but it’s definitely worth the visit. Also, don’t forget to try the Tiramisu for dessert.

We had a wonderful dinner here. We ordered the T-bone steak, sauteed vegetables, and vegetable soup and everything was absolutely delicious.
The T-bone was perfectly cooked, very meaty, and great flavor. The vegetable soup was hearty and comforting, with a nice umami taste. The sautéed vegetables were simple but done really well, fresh and well-seasoned.
Portions were huge and we honestly couldn’t finish everything! The staff were super friendly and warm, checking in from time to time to make sure everything was all right, which made the meal feel even more welcoming.

Amazing experience, one of the best I’ve had in Firenze! Every person who works there is incredibly nice and attentive. I got the ravioli al limone e tartufo which was such an amazing plate. Usually I don’t do dessert, but I felt like it was a must here, so I got the biscotti diversi con un vino dolce, and was delighted! Expect personable/friendly service with amazing dishes. I look forward to the next time I’m here!

I recommend this place every time friends or family are visiting Florence, it’s a great meal that I still remember fondly 3 years later. Though I wish I didn’t need to leave a stare review as alI am going off memory here.
The steak was great even if I was a little hesitant about how rare it was it’s changed my preference for doneness ever since. I’m not a wine drinker but I did enjoy the house wine which paired nicely with the meal. We gat a few sides (some greens and potatoes I think) and I enjoyed them all.
I was a solo traveller on that trip but was invited to go by another solo traveller since it requires a minimum of 2 people. I recommend it as worth while to anyone else who enjoys food as a highlight of their journey.

Just go. Walked in and waited 5-10 mins before we were given a table. Ordered the Florence steak (1.3 kg for 2 ppl) and the wild boar pasta. Both were excellent! The steak was so much better than the ones from famous steakhouses, and the pasta seasoned perfectly! House wine was cheap and delicious, prosecco on the house was so good! Somehow they provided us a discount at the end – wonderful food and people (knowledgeable waiters).

My Fiance’ and i ate here last march, we had the florentine steak and some pasta. We still talk about that steak, I didn’t have high expectations because a steak is a steak right? it was so good we talk about going back to florence just to eat here again. They serve the steak rare but it is on a bed of coals so you can heat it up to medium rare or whatever. If you want to have a steak that you will think about for years, this is the place.

Delicious meal in a cozy spot. The staff were welcoming and friendly when we arrived, starting us off with some complimentary Prosecco. The food was excellent! We began with the lemon ravioli to share and then had the bistecca Florentine. The flavor was lovely and the cook on the steak was perfect. We left with very full stomachs!
