We have really enjoyed our grilled octopus and would recommend you to try it as well. However, it was a bit too rubbery for my liking, it would be better if it were tenderized. You do get a decent view of the Sea with the St John’s Cathedral in the background (if only there isn’t a boat parked in front of the restaurant). The staff was very kind and helpful. The only negative comment: they do not have a bathroom on the premises and you have to go across the road to their partner-restaurant. It’s not far but still a bit long winded, though I understand that it’s not possible otherwise.

This was our favourite meal of our trip to Malta – we kept talking about it afterwards! We had the mussels, salmon and sea bass, and all the seafood was incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked. The sea bass in particular was like butter.
We visited on a chilly evening in February, but the heaters and blankets kept us cosy. It’s also a gorgeous spot during the day when the sun is out, as it’s right on the seafront. Highly recommend.
A note that they didn’t have gluten free bread, so unsure how well they can cater for anyone with a gluten sensitivity.

The restaurant is located right by the sea with a beautiful view of Valletta. It functions more like a bistro, but the food is of a higher standard. I had squid with fries, which was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. My girlfriend had stuffed ravioli and was satisfied. The waiter was friendly and explained everything well. The dessert was also good. It’s a slightly more expensive restaurant, but we don’t regret going there.

Fantastic meals, wine, atmosphere and service. Marco and the team, Ivan etc were fantastic. Great recommendations and specials. I would highly recommend this place. We had a 6 people in our party and they were able to get us seated quite quickly and the food came out quickly – hot and delicious. Octopus special in particular was so good.

There is a comfortable waiting area for guests, where we were even offered drinks, which was a very nice touch. We ordered different kinds of pasta – every dish was excellent, and the dessert was truly unique. I’ve been here twice. Easy environment by the sea with incredible food. Anything you will pick from the menu, will be so good and tasty. The service is fast, friendly and focus on details. You can spot La Valletta from your seating. I wish I could have dinner here at least once per week! A special thank you for making my journey so great.
