Total 5-star experience! What an incredible find! We decided to take a chance on this spot, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The fresh, handmade pasta and wood-fired pizza were highlights, and the calamari was some of the best we’ve had. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was charming and the staff made us feel right at home. We’ll be back for sure! We definitely recommend this location to anyone in the mood for italian cuisine.

We’ve been here three times since moving to Puerto Vallarta earlier this year, and it has been AMAZING every time. The food is outstanding (love the Parma pizza), the service is impeccable (so friendly and attentive but never rushed), and the open-air courtyard is lovely (and romantic at night). On our last visit a few nights ago there were families, couples, two young people on a date…and there were smiles and laughter at every table. We are learning and practicing our Spanish, but if you speak only English you’ll be fine here. We have the good fortune to live one block from Ciento Once so it’s definitely one of our new go-to neighborhood spots for an amazing evening every time!

We have visited this restaurant three times now in two week vacation and can honestly say it is one of our faves. I just can’t say enough. The food is so good, everytime we went we ordered a different meal and it was incredibly delicious every time. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and genuinely seem happy to help. The atmosphere is just so charming! We will definitely be back!!

This restaurant was fantastic, food was amazing, I also had a starter which was a thinly sliced beef salad which tasted amazing and I’m a very picky eater. I know the spaghetti may seem basic but it all tasted like it was made from scratch, top 5 spaghetti’s I’ve ever eaten and the tiramisu, chefs kiss. They only have outside seating which I don’t typically go for because of insects and there was not one in site or around my food. The waitress was very attentive and was available at all the right times! I paid MX$750 for starter, main dish, dessert, wine, and Coca Cola, great price and well worth it!

Pizza funghi was ok. Mushrooms were tasty but is lacking cheese and tomate sauce. It is nice to see the oven and how the pizza is being prepared. The place is cozy. For pizza I will prefer to go to muertos.

Decided to try Trattoria Ciento Once in Versalles last night for the first time, and wow it was so good!
Live music and an intimate patio made for a super relaxing atmosphere. Drinks were excellent and great house wines.
We ordered a bruschetta (just the right about of garlic), burrata (arugula and pear with balsamic was ) and a delicious wood fired pizza. I’ll be returning many times!

We went to Ciento Once last evening following the recommendations from friends. We were not disappointed. Their wood-fired pizzas were wonderfully prepared. We very much enjoyed the Pepperoni and the Carnivore. The portions are generous and we actually enjoyed leftovers the next day. I often judge a pizza by its toppings, or sauces or cheese. All were excellent. I rarely base my satisfaction with a pizza based on the crust. In this case I make an exception. This was the lightest, most tender crust I’ve ever enjoyed. I think I would have been just as happy if I’d had the crust with a little cheese.
Service was efficient and friendly and prices are very reasonable. Ciento Once is HIGHLY recommended.

Great new place in Versalles. Everything was great. Had calamari to start, and it was the best I ever had. Lightly battered and tender. We had 2 pasta dishes creamy mushroom with truffles and bolognese sauce. Delicious! There was a lovely singer there that enhanced the whole experience.

Met some local friends and their kids for supper. Just off the beaten path about a block away from hwy 200. Traditional atmosphere great staff. A great treat with wonderful Italian food and delicious drinks. Yes they have a porter stout!, something the local Irish pub doesn’t have. Another family with kids came in. The children all played together. It was a great place to relax and visit over a meal.

We got the carpacchio and ravioli for our appetizers. We also paid for the calamari which was not part of the restaurant week deal.
Then for the entrees we got the chicken, the mushroom fettuccini and the pizza. All were great.
For desert, we got all three. The tiramisu was 10/10, the key lime pie was 7/10 or maybe 8/10 and the pecan pie was 6/10. All the deserts were smaller than the pictures of the regular size deserts.
We come to PV all the time and we have our regular places. This is now part of the list.
