I was absolutely amazed by all in this place. I had someone personally prepare all you can eat sushi off of the lunch side of the menu; for me? Honestly folks, I have been out to a lot of places for a good bite and good service. I have not ever had sushi this delicious nor have I ever received this level of service that actually made me feel “rich”.

Came here to each after Johnny’s Dock ruined our Valentine’s night. Arrived and expected the usual service we have come to know and love, while eating food we adore. Met our server Sky who helped make our night so much better. All the staff was super nice. And laid back. Just what we needed after our earlier dinner reservations failed so misery.
Keep up the great work and the food.

Boss and I stopped for lunch, greeted by a warm and lovely Isaac. He was engaging, friendly, prompt and endearing. Manager Corey is equally amazing . We witnessed them both deal with an unruly customer and they did so elegantly, positively and professionally. So impressed with them. Of course, food was the bomb!

Food was GREAT!!! Some of the sushi chefs there could learn a lesson in professionalism or just staying in a decent worrying attitude in general but that was someone else’s chef and ours personally was great!!!! Service was decent from the server but very interactive. Over all the food was very good and the quality was superb!

We decided to give Trappers another try (it’s been awhile) because it used to be our favorite place to go out to eat. We arrived for lunch and were quickly greeted and got to order. It wasn’t super busy. Our waiter disappeared for about 30 mins, finally came back with our food 40 mins after we ordered. Our drinks were empty, and he’d forgotten what we’d asked for. We were still happy food was on the table and dug right in only to discover that it’s not near as good as it used to be. The scallops on the Mt. Rainier were tough, and the food seemed to lack flavor. We were hoping to renew our faith in Trappers but I don’t think we’ll be back.

Trapper’s Sushi never ceases to amaze me no matter what the location. The bonney lake location is no exception. Everything I drank and ate was wonderful, and the service was prompt and superb. Isaac was my waiter, he was pleasant, accommodating, relatable and it showed that he cared whether I had a good time or not. It was truly great service. As for the food, I had the puyallup roll, it was SO good I had to order it twice. I will provide pictures of that and video, as well menu information. They do have rotating specials, desserts, and beer/wine. For a sushi place they have a wonderful selection of drinks whether you want a mai tai, margarita, glass of wine or pint of beer, or sake, they have it all! Nothing but good things to say! Thank you Trapper’s sushi for being such a unique and quaint yet great spot to dine! 5 stars! ❤️

My husband and I are regulars here, we absolutely love it. The best location in Seattle in our opinion. The service is always great, and the food is quick and very fresh. We always do all you can eat at the bar. Shoutout to some of our favorites…Anne Marie, Laden, and Avery. They are always hustling as we see them working in the kitchen, it’s a well-oiled machine. It’s a bit expensive, but we think it’s worth it!

This review is for the all you can eat lunch menu experience. Our waitress seemed stretched a bit thin but when she was there she was helpful and extremely pleasant. Our sushi chef was cordial enough and extremely good at job. I am no sushi expert by any means but I have had my fair share over the years. Food was delicious. Ingredients were fresh. No hard rice or bad fish. The ayce lunch menu is significantly more limited than the dinner menu but still offers a wide variety of choices for the novice sushi consumer. The blackberry lemonade was excellent as well. Recommended.
