10/10 do not miss this place! We literally ordered one of everything because we couldn’t decide and that was the right choice. You can’t go wrong with anything, but our favorites were the Cajun spice wings (with mango habanero sauce), garlic butter potato mochi, and the brisket dumplings. We’ll definitely be back

A fun little addition to the hotel. Food was simple and straightforward. The potato mochi was a good solid potato croquet, cooked extremely well. The brisket dumplings were ok but the last one the list of notable items. The cucumber salad was solid and tasty. The winner tonight was a double batch of service and sauce! Tried all the sauces and they make the dinner and the service was the hit of the evening. Pair it all with a cup of the Blueberry Spaceship Box Cider from Superstition Springs, makes it a winner!!! Especially when you don’t feel like going out to find food when arriving late!

I cannot recommend the beef dumplings, which were more like an appetizer than a meal. $15+tax for 8 silver dollar-sized dumplings that were mushy & not flavorful. Plus the sauce was two little store-bought packets of Hoisin and sriracha.
Nice service but the food is not worth it.

This place is delicious! I wasn’t staying at the hotel just wanted to try it.. sure glad I did.
We ordered cauliflower, wings, beef pho dumplings, and the potato mochi!
We all agreed that the wings (in Cajun spice) and cauliflower were both incredible, and because the sauces are on the side super easy to eat with your hands without getting messy.
The dumplings were fresh and flavorful and the Mochi was an amazing vehicle for any of the other flavors (we had every sauce on the side with 4 dishes).
Sesame sauce was 5 star
The truck is in the hotel parking lot so super easy parking
A guest walked up and ordered and they said they would drop it at their room when ready #amazing
There’s a full bar inside the hotel and there was live music when I went (Saturday)
100% chance we’ll be back and might not take out next time since the spot it so nice.
Contactless pay, friendly staff, and can order online for less waiting … wins all around

Amazing, best chicken wings in Tucson!
The wings are fried with care and remind me of the traditional Korean chicken wings I used to love as a kid.
Combine that with the iconic chicken wings from Compton or Inglewood, CA and that is the taste of these delicious wings.
Very clean truck with a kind and respectful owner. Each wing was cooked with love and to perfection.
The perfect combination of traditional and modern tastes. It is hard to find good food that you can trust so I am excited to try the dumplings next 😀

The most delicious potato mochi that is crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside and beautiful, flavorful dumplings. Food is made fresh and hot and there is cute seating available near the truck for convenience as well.

I went with my family of 6 today and we all had something to enjoy. What was even better is that we unknowingly all enjoyed a vegetarian meal. The soup dumplings are excellent and I hope one day the chef decides to bottle and sell his sauces because they’re THAT good. If there’s a wait, the Hotel McCoy has a cool bar that you can sidle up to.

Some of the best wings we’ve ever had! Definitely good portions and quality for the price since it was our first time there, they let us try all of the sauces and they’re absolutely delicious! Definitely worth the trip!

Loved the Brisket Dumplings as always, and tried (and loved) the cauliflower for the first time! The garlic cucumber was great, and Jackie was able to accommodate our dietary restrictions. Delicious as always!
Hotel McCoy was a fun place to hang out, too!
