I can’t say enough about how much my family and I love going to Trama’s. We been following Chef Pat for 15 years and been spending every Christmas Eve for the last 7 years at Trama’s. The food and service is always top tier. You honestly can’t ask for better Italian cuisine in this area. I highly recommend the mussels and calamari, it’s a game changer. Whatever Chef Pat puts in his red sauce leaves you salivating. Highly suggest checking this restaurant out if you love good food and good people. Also, shout out to Laura, Sean and Andrew, always going above and beyond for us.

Incredibly delicious meal as always. We have been fortunate to have been going to Tramas(Ama) for all 16 years of existence and its just as delish as day 1. Tried a few new items this time and the chef delivered again. Started with Heirloom Tomato Panzanella Salad (new to us), Mama Trama’s Meatballs, Garlic Bread, the Mussels (of course), and a special app – Brooklyn Crostini , smoked water buffalo ricotta, tiger figs, almonds, balsamic (new to us and WOW). Dinner – Rigatoni, Veal Parm, Chicken Parm, spaghetti side, and Pork Osso Bucco special (new to us). Cant forget the cocktail… Autumn in Oaxaca was outstanding. All flavors knocked it out of the park across the board. Already looking to book another reservation.

Our go-to restaurant for date night! Food is always amazing – we eat our way around the menu. Our favorite spot is the bar where we enjoy fantastic cocktails by Shaun (how does he fill the glass past the top???) and the company of other satisfied patrons. We eat here almost every week. It’s that good. I’d give more than 5* if that was an option!

Not only was our food delicious, but the cozy warm feeling in the restaurant was just the perfect setting. We opted for bar seats, which was a great choice for just 2 of us. It was like a happy family, we were chatting with 2 other couples before we knew it. Highly recommend. The bartender Rob was awesome.

Trama is by far the best restaurant on the Jersey shore. The food is always incredible. Every dish is more creative than the next and the flavors are outstanding. The atmosphere is energetic while having a very elegant vibe. Pat Trama is a master chef that knows how to make the most flavorful dishes. This is our regular spot for delicious drinks and fantastic food. But this is also the perfect place for a special night out. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Andrew, Rob and Sean make every visit special.
