Tristan at the Tram Dock Bar in Jackson Hole is an absolute legend. After a full day shredding at the Village, this was the perfect landing spot — and Tristan made it even better.

From the second we walked up, he had that dialed-in Jackson energy: quick, attentive, and genuinely cool without trying too hard. Drinks came out fast, perfectly mixed, and he somehow kept the whole bar moving while still making everyone feel taken care of. That’s not easy when the après crowd rolls in.

He knew the menu, gave solid recommendations, and kept the vibe high the entire time. Whether you’re grabbing a quick beer before heading back to town or settling in for a proper après session, Tristan is the guy you want behind the bar.

Top-tier service. Great attitude. Exactly what you hope for in Jackson.

Manager was awesome. Saw her take care of one of the team staff because he was out in the sun. On top of that, she took care of us perfectly and the food was solid and completely reasonable (esp for Jackson Hole). You also get a 10% discount for riding the tram. Did I mention the WiFi is sweet here too!

Grabbed a couple beers here and some nachos. Good selection on beer and the bartender was kind and attentive. I liked that you could carry the beer out to the lawn outside. I was able to get a 1/2 order of nachos, which is always a plus. They were solid and I’d recommend as a good appetizer.

We come to Jackson Hole every year to ski, and this was our first time at Tram Dock Restaurant. Tristen was such a great and caring server attentive, kind, and made our experience even better. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back!

Don’t order the Thai chicken soup. It had 05oz of chicken (two tiny slivers) and a small handful of not-so-roasted vegetables. My friend got the brisket Mac in a skillet. It was cold, so was the skillet. Wings look very weird and the breading to meat ratio was way off. I’m surprised by this low level of food considering how “premium” the ski area is. Service was fast and friendly.

We got the cowboy nachos. Not bad, wish they had other meat options other than just the chili. Would’ve been better with some sort of a cheese dip type topping versus the melted shredded cheese. Out of stock on most craft style draft beers when we went. I guess probably because September is considered the off-season for the area. Service okay, food okay. Would maybe come back if we were there during peak season.

If you’re in Teton Village, do yourself a favor and stop at the Tram Dock for lunch! The Cowboy Hamburger is hands-down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had – juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Cowboy Caviar was fresh and delicious, the perfect side to balance it all out. But whatever you do, make sure you order the onion rings – they’re crispy, golden perfection and an absolute must-try. Friendly service, great food, and the perfect spot to fuel up before or after the mountain. Highly recommend!

Underwhelming across the board. Service is a ghost town and the food is forgettable. I’d highly recommend skipping this one.

Food was absolutely horrible and expensive. Service was almost a non-existent.

I ordered the $20 flatbread in it seemed like something they had purchased unwrapped and stuck in the microwave. The $5 frozen pizza I got from Albertsons the night before was better. The crust was soft not crisp. I returned it without having a single bite.

The greens in my daughter’s salad were soggy.

Waitress never came by to follow up on us. No refills on drinks. We had to ask for silverware and napkins.
