We just popped in here for a quick Christmas Eve toast. The bartender was awesome. She had a great attitude. I really appreciate people working on the holidays. Good vibes and friendly people

Needed a place to work that had free wifi. Found this place open late on Google so I gave it a try. Great service and a nice vibe. I was here for hours and no one treated me weird or said a thing! I was so impressed. Cute little location right in historic downtown.

I had Shirley Temples and grabbed a burger and tots for the road.

Would recommend to just come and relax. Many people taking their beers outside and enjoying the nice spring weather. Really good vibes all around.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I like the coziness of the pool table room and the decor of the establishment as a whole.

I’ve been there a couple times just to get a few drinks and food with friends.

The last time I was there I was told that most of the kitchen equipment didn’t work and that there was only 2 or 3 things available from the menu. The one thing I ordered was a quasadilla. It was over 10$ and had nothing but cheese in it. It was also burnt. I figure for the price it would come with like some chicken in there or like a side of fries. Or at least like some pico or something.

The bar tender that was working that night didn’t know how to make a AMF. Which isn’t a huge deal but it’s a pretty common drink and I feel like if your going to work at bar you should take pride in what you do and learn about your job and try to improve each day by educating yourself on your job by learning new drinks and skills. (And realize that if you burn something while cooking it you should start over instead of serving it and charging the customer for it.) Nobody wants to leave a complaint or tell someone you did your job incorrectly. Be self aware and realize when it’s time to try again to improve om something.

Also the bathroom could sure use a deep clean and was very claustrophobic in size.

Lastly, there is only room enough for one pool table so if you go there expecting to play pool on a busy night it’s hit or miss if your gonna be able to play unless your there a while.

Overall its a decent place to get buzzed and there isn’t alot of options in town locally. Your better off just going to Sandy or Clackamas with a dedicated driver if your looking for something beyond mediocrity.

I came here for my birthday a few months back and had a blast.
Everyone was super friendly and the food and drinks were amazing.
Top ten drunkest I have been, but you should go all out for your 40th right?
A little far for me to go drink, but was still fun.

Wow!! This place is much different than the old day’s. This bar is still a textbook tiny little ‘hole in the wall’ bar, but it is not dingy and depressing like it used to be. Drinks are priced reasonable, and the patrons were younger than the other bars in town.

I wish that there was a bigger bathroom lol, But that’s alright. I like the ability to be able to drink and eat outside though I just don’t really feel accommodated when I go there it sucks. But they do have a pool table which is nice.

Had to wait for other people in the bar next door to be served their drinks before I was served my soft drink in the cafe. WTH? I guess bar customers are their only priority.

Also, I honestly had to explain how to make the BLT (from their own menu even) to the shoeless and under-aged minor who they had cooking at the grill.

There’s a different, paired-down menu. Pretty average food. Onion rings are exceptional and they have a decent beer selection. The bacon blue cheese salad is a joke at $9, don’t bother…

PROS: Friendly people and yummy food! Husband and I driving back from exploring campsites and feeling hungry. Parked practically in front of the outdoor grill doing it’s thing. As far as I’m concerned, that’s a good sign. Try the pulled pork or the brisket. Outstanding! CONS: Interior needs some updating. But there is pulled pork, so…
