Stayed the night at the lodge for Valentines Day and a spot of hiking. Afterwards, we perused around the lodge and found the Trails End Tavern. Dan was so welcoming and knowledgeable on bourbon pairings. We had a few drinks and cocktails before returning to our room for the night and I’m so glad we did. It was a lot of fun and very sociable place to end up.

Interesting bar being inside a park like this. 120 bourbons. Do the flight; worth the money. Manda was fantastic. She was entertaining, fun to chat with and welcoming to us Texans. Seeing out to the outside would make this place perfect. I found myself sitting sideways. Still lovely, hidden gem.

Manda was the best bartender…could have talked to her for hours…probably did! Great old fashioned and had a delicious hot brown (first one ever) from the restaurant!

Jesse made our experience awesome! He made great suggestions on beverages, and turned us onto a vanilla stout. That was simply awesome… Gave us great tips on things to do and some trails. We witnessed him doing several other duties, other than bartenders on the facilities and he is a real asset to this lodge, we can tell. Thoroughly enjoyed him and the tavern. We will be back here.

Pricey. $14 for a canned ever and a short Captain & Coke. And, the bottle of rum ran out before the jigger was full, but she didn’t open a new bottle, so I just got short poured. She was friendly, but prices aren’t worth it.

Good food and wonderful bartender. Small place, but that adds to the character! We stopped in on our bike ride with friends and we all had great experiences!

Passing thru, but stayed here overnight and checked out the tavern. Everyone was great! Dan was such a fun bartender, and the people were all so nice and welcoming. We are ready to move here!
