After some fun on the lake we had an awesome experience at Trailhead Pizza! Everything we ordered was spot-on delicious — the pepperoni pizza was loaded with flavor, the gluten-free pizza had a perfectly crisp crust (which is so hard to find), and the cheese bread and cinnamon sticks were both addictively good.
But what really made the visit special was Steve, our server. He was friendly, attentive, and just all-around great — he made sure everything was just right and had great recommendations, too. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. The chef was awesome too … didn’t get his name but did receive a friendly dap on the way out.
This is exactly the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. Great food, great people, and an awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend! We will be back!!!

We dined in on a Sunday for the pizza buffet. We had a short wait for the buffet to be supplied with fresh food but it was worth the wait. The pizza was good! Breadsticks were really good. Everything here is homemade. The couple who owns this resteraunt waited on us. They were so sweet and attentive.

So the sign clearly says pizza breadsticks cheese whatever else it says like when nobody’s in there like I said have a seat pay when you’re done they had but a handful of salad in there clearly out of a bag. No bread sticks no cheese sauces there was a quarter of a pizza cheese pizza up there the pot The pieces were sliced in half for each pizza that was two whole pieces of pepperoni. My girlfriend asked him about if they were going to put more pizza out and he said yeah they got up and started making pizza at that point we decided to leave he got upset with us cuz we didn’t want to sit there for him to make a whole another pizza. $30 for a handful of lettuce to eat one small coke a piece and equivalent of about two whole pieces of pizza slices of piece I would not recommend anybody going in there. What we were sitting there one guy came in and was trying to pick up his order they didn’t have it so they had to make that guy’s work another couple came in to eat during and walked out. If he was just acknowledged that it was a slow day and that was all that was out or something that would have been fine but he didn’t acknowledged that the shitty food they had up there on the counter

EVERYTHING is handmade, even the breadsticks are HANDMADE for the table… By the order… Don’t come here expecting super fast service, you MUST take your time to enjoy the flavors!. This has become my MUST HAVE pizza place.. but I’ll limit myself so as not to burn out! Can’t say enough good about the quality of the food!

Came in here after an hour or so on the road, looking forward to a hike. We get in, and while waiting in line I open the beer fridge to grab a cold one to drink while we wait, as we were wanting to get a pie to carry out and eat at the trailhead. The guy working the register says “hey you can’t be in there. You can’t open it until I see your ID” completely counter intuitive and backwards, but okay. I wait in line and show him my ID to get a beer. Despite being 21, I am DENIED from drinking a beer IN THE ESTABLISHMENT because my friend happens to be underage. The guy says “both of you need to be 21” I hadnt realized that if you are of age, you can’t drink alcohol if you have any underage friends or family with you. We order a 10 inch pizza, which for some reason was 26 dollars, and on top of that, we waited for 45 minutes for it to be done. The place itself is cool and there were bands setting up for open mic night, which is super fun, but this experience has absolutely ruined this place for me. Unfortunately they get 2 stars, an extra star because the place itself was cool, and the ridiculously overpriced pizza actually happened to be good. Would not recommend. What an absolute gem!!! Some of the best pizza in the area; and the breadsticks are my personal favorite. Also how do they make ranch dressing taste *this* good?!?! The service was impeccable, everyone was incredibly friendly and it’s such a cool spot to hang out. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed stopping by and seeing the newly updated interior. The pizza was great and the garlicky caesar salad with chicken was delicious. Definitely will be back to try more pizza flavors and I look forward to hearing live music hear in the future.

First time here and I was pleased with the food. The. The bread sticks were delicious. Fresh as can be. The salad with walnuts was unbelievably good. The pizza wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had but it was decent. I definitely will come back. Great attitudes from the staff. I did buy a cinnamon roll. It was good but not 7 dollars good. That’s a little too expensive

Its the place to be ,cozy peaceful pleasant live music fun… the atmosphere is truly down to earth the food Is some thing I could enjoy everyday not only is it delicious its inexpensive the service is the best around the greeting upon entering highlighted the entire experience I love it

After a fun day on Lake Monroe we just decided to pick up pizzas and take back to cabin. Placed order and had a beer while waiting. After awhile I asked how much longer and was told they lost the order. Placed order again and got a free beer while waiting. Pizzas were very good though!
