Fries were not good. Seasoned well but way too crispy and stale. Tasted like they had been fried twice. The double bacon cheeseburger was good. The flavor was there and the buns were soft. Not worth the price. My wife and I paid almost $40 for a mediocre burger and burnt fries.

Friendly place to hang out. Honestly, I’ve never felt more welcomed at a bar before. Try out some of the custom cocktails, they have some fun ones. Oh, and they have Frosted Glasses. Bruh, you can’t go wrong with frosted glasses.

This was a hard one. On the one hand, I’m encouraged that they make their own French fries and ranch dressing, and probably a number of other things on their menu, but the execution is what’s lacking. House made fries are great, except for then they aren’t, and these…aren’t.
But hey, I also acknowledge that fries are a subjective experience. Some folks like them crispy and nicely seasoned. Others prefer them soft, soggy, and bland. If you’re among the former, ditch this place.
If you’re a fan of a nice, juicy burger, you can also continue driving right on by, because the thin pre-packaged patties will surely disappoint you. My burger was more sauce and veggies than meat. But hold on, I absolutely LOVE my veggies and sauces! It’s just, the ratio of meat to other goodies was just, lacking, shall we say. Couldn’t even taste the patty, nor could I distinguish it from the sauciness of it all.
Overall, Trailhead Hideaway does okay. For reference, I was here just after lunch service on a Monday afternoon. Service wasn’t slow, but it wasn’t quick, either. I bet it’s a good time on a packed weekend night, if you’re just here for the drinking.

my wife and I put in a to go order, my wife ordered boneless mango habanero wings. After opening the box and seeing the wings had very little sauce my wife went back in to ask for a couple more cups of the sauce for her wings, they tell her they couldn’t find the sauce to give them a minute. After a few minutes of looking they come out and inform my wife that they just put hot buffalo sauce on her wings because the kitchen couldn’t find the right sauce when they originally made them. They did not inform me of this when I originally picked up the food and did not mention it until my wife went back in. They did offer to remake the wings properly but the fact that it was made incorrectly and had my wife not gone back in we would not have known until getting home will stop us from ordering again
