I’ve been here before and the food was great. I came back and found out there’s some new owners who are extremely nice and work really hard. Turns out they just opened and are slowly transitioning into a new name and I gotta say I’m pretty impressed. The futbol atmosphere is so cool and the food was amazing. They gave me a sample of these pastries they make in the morning and it looks like ima ditch my morning Dutch boos and muffin top for coffee and pastries here. They’re amazing and a must try.

For a place that is advertised as a coffee house it needs major improvement in quality and staff barista training, or just simplify to good quality drip coffee options, ensuring consistently fresh brews (like made to order aeropress local bean coffee or some equivalent until scaling is needed). Since spoken moto closed there is a need for a late night coffee spot but this place won’t last unless major improvements are made. Food was also so so and although the servers were nice, they could use training, tabs weren’t written down, and I saw a table walk out with only paying for half of what they order, and I could have easily done the same (order at the table and pay at the counter is going to end this place if staff doesn’t create tabs and communicate with one another).

Stopped in right at opening for breakfast on a Saturday. Easily has the best coffee of our lives (Vanilla latte and a mocha). We both ordered the spam breakfast and it was delicious. Cannot go wrong with buttery rice and egg.
Will be coming back to bed to just eat here!

Had a great experience at Tradesmen Coffee & Taphouse last night! They just launched a Caribbean menu, and I tried the jerk chicken with coconut rice and beans, plus Jamaican potato salad—absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly spiced, the rice and beans were rich and flavorful, and the potato salad added a nice balance.
Catherine had the shrimp po’boy, which was packed with crispy shrimp and great flavor. We also shared some onion rings, which were perfectly golden and crispy. To top it off, I paired my meal with an RPM from Boneyard, which was the perfect match.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and Vic, the head guy there, is fantastic—super friendly and passionate about the food and drinks. If you haven’t been here yet, definitely check it out, especially for their new Caribbean-inspired dishes. I’ll be back for sure!

First time here and excited to come back! It’s nice that it is off the beaten path and they serve breakfast all day! Had the hot pastrami sandwich the service was great which seems harder and harder to come by. Keep doing what you are doing, y’all! Thanks

Tradesmen Coffee and Taphouse is great! The wings we had were some of the best ones we’ve had in Bend! Large, juicy, yet crispy on the outside with delicious sauce. They have coffee, tea, beer, and other drinks as well, so we didn’t go thirsty. Atmosphere is cozy yet open, and they have a few different TVs in there so it would be a great place to watch a game! Definitely recommend checking them out!

Unfortunately, the service here ruined what was actually a cute spot with great food. First time visitor. Ordered a burger and Cuban. Burger came in a reasonable amount of time with no Cuban and no explanation from the wait staff. After about 10 awkward minutes, we approached the front counter to see if they maybe forgot to put in the second order. We were met with snarkiness and told the burger came out early. When they brought the Cuban, it was thrown on the table with no apology or other attempt to make us feel better. No ask if we wanted a second beverage or anything. Then they just brought the credit card machine with no ticket or anything. When we left, I said thank you on the way out and I was told “have the day you deserve” and we all know what that means. So frustrated as we didn’t do anything except check on the status of our food without any proactive explanation. So bummed.

Great Hidden Gem in Over Crowded Bend. We Love finding the places before they become places… It’s a survival tactic for those of us the live here… It won’t be long and this won’t be a Hidden Gem.

This place has an amazing Cubano sandwich. One of the best I’ve had in a long while. They have many good food options too. A co-worker treated me to the place and I went back a few weeks later to get another. It is totally worth the time if you looking for good food.
