the people in charge of this place sucks,no customer service what so ever.tried calling the corporate office to complain about some new kiosk they have to replace punch cards cause it won’t not only sign in,but when i sign up it says i already exist.my wife and i go in every day and lise alot of money a week and this isiot i talked to could care less that we be goin in there no more cause his excuse was they had no control over it,well,good for you.

This place was open for Thanksgiving! I came in and played and had a great time. The drinks were reasonably priced , the only downside is that the host did not know how to make a mixed cocktail. But we settled on a simple tequila and soda. The place would be much better if the hosts could make a cocktail.

There’s only one worker that is respectful and cool ,gets you drinks and asks you if you need anything .. other workers just have their head phones in don’t do anything And I toke my wife there the one in carol stream by the bull dogs , The lady told my wife she looks like shes 12 , and keep asking her for her ID ,We showed her ID already,,, Everytime before I go I pray that i get the good worker

Walked into this place a little bit ago and didn’t see any slot machines. Asked the worker if they had any and she gave us a weird look and asked if we were looking for them or if we meant to go next door. Made me very uncomfortable and confused so I said I guess I’m not at the right place and left. Horrible service.

According to worker working at 11pm on July 3rd grill closes at 8. Silly to keep a place open for 4-5 hours and not to serve food when you’re a food establishment.
