Overall 4.5 stars.
The unique menu offers guests a taste of Hawaii in the heart of Seattle. Coffee and pastries were very nice. The Kimchi fried rice and Moco Loco plates were especially delicious.

We stayed a night at the W hotel back in November. We could have breakfast here for free.

Food was not bad. The burger patty was a frozen patty, not something they made by themselves. The mini Hawaiian sandwiches were quite good, nice to have something different. However, I probably would not pay out of pocket for what it was – spam – at a restaurant. The spam looked a bit burned, or reheated from leftover as it was a bit dry.

Wish there were some more standard chairs, as what they had was not that comfortable for someone pregnant.

Overall, would recommend to have the breakfast here if you stay at the W hotel.

This place was okay, but nothing special — definitely a bit overpriced for what it is. We had free vouchers, which made it worth trying, but I wouldn’t pay out of pocket to eat here. That said, it’s convenient for a quick breakfast or coffee if you’re staying at the W.

The food is not really worth for the price you pay, service is good.
Location is good.

Nice and cozy little place nestled inside the W Seattle. We were staying at the hotel so it was convenient to have breakfast here a few of the days. My wife had the breakfast burrito both days, she loved it. I had the biscuit and gravy. The flavour was on point but I wish it was saucier, it was a bit on the dry side. Overall a solid spot. For a small joint they had quite a few options to appease everyone.

Philly cheese steak sandwich was tasty but was difficult to eat without a fork and knife. Shredded steak was tender and tasty, onions and cheese were cooked perfectly. Bun was too soft but was at least slightly toasted. Avocado on top was good but made it difficult to eat this sandwich without a fork.
Tried a cappuccino, which was so bitter tasting that I had to return it which they removed from my bill.
Comfortable and spacious seating.

Overall, comfortable place for an overpriced lunch in downtown Seattle.

Its a quick business meeting place in downtown, quite, large. With snakes and coffee ready to have for a quick break. Close to Bank of America and public library. Coffee was around $5 dollar and also they have a small gift shop room as well.

Excellent food! Poor service!
This place deserves a 5 star rating but we didn’t get water until we asked for it, it took a while for the server to bring our drinks and take our dinner order. My water glass was dirty and had dry food crumbs stuck and when I asked for a new glass the server didn’t say sorry, all she said was ok!
The manager delivered our food and we had to ask her for knives because they only gave us forks for dinner. We never got a smile or more than ok and a nod. I gave it a 4 star rating because of the service, but the food is sooo good I would come back but they need more experienced staff.

The last time I was here I just happened to step in and had the best service and my food was amazing. Today I came back and I wish I hadn’t. The turkey sandwich was beyond tough while the inside was soggy from the the excessive amount of red sauce, but burnt in some places and biting into that ruined my appetite. We ordered the food to-go but grabbed a couple of fries on the way out of the door and they were already cold! Without ordering drinks, the practically inedible lunch for me and a toddler was over $40 and I surely won’t be spending a single penny here again in the future.

Very enjoyable. Picture does no justice to show the exceptional taste and quality of the food here. Had avocado toast with scrambled egg and look forward to trying other items in their menu. Not a lot of choices but great variety. Busy spot on a Sunday morning but lineup moved fairly quickly. You order and they deliver to your table.
