This place has been open a while but just got by here to try it. The place was busy but only had about 10 minute wait. The place was clean and looked nice. The menu is a little confusing if you have not done it before. My waitress did explain it but not very well. All the food was good. The broth was hot and tasty. The buffet has limited options of things that you cant cook at the table. This is a good place to bring a new date if its going bad just hid behind the exhaust fan. (See last pic) The thing that bothers me is if you order raw seafood or meat you have to touch it with your hands or silver wear and you dont have a wet nap or way to really clean after. I don’t like to have cross contamination going on with my food. I got a fell for how it works and will be back to try some more soon. I would give them 7 out of 10 stars.

We saw a Facebook food blogger about this place and I got pretty excited! We used to go to one of these when we were stationed in Japan. I waited a couple months and finally went on Sunday. We were there shortly after opening. They quickly seated us and got everything started. The food was tasty, lots to choose from especially the hot buffet food and huge sauce bar. I really loved all the choices we had for sauces. Over all the food was fantastic. I’ll definitely be back (hopefully with better service – see below)
The only issue I had was inattentive service. All three waitresses were GLUED I MEAN GLUED to their phones. Our waitress more so than the other two. Many times their backs turned towards us and our waitress kept disappearing. We ordered another round of items and only part of it came. It took about 10-15 minutes before I asked another waitress to check on it. At which time ours came back. I don’t think phones should be used when at work especially when you enforce time limits and charge $30+ per person but that’s just me.
I hope to see management resolve phone usage with their staff. Review your security cameras for Sunday January 4th 12:17-1:27 PM. We sat on the left side. You will see them on their phones constantly.

Great selection of food. We got the hotpot bbq and sushi . Great experience with family. Service was great for our group of 5, the servers were very prompt when bringing our meat orders. We didn’t have any issues getting seated.

This was my first time coming here and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were so welcoming, and our waitress was incredibly kind and friendly she made us feel celebrated the whole time. We came for a birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it special. Plus, the self-serve bar with fruits, appetizers, sauces, and seasonings was such a fun touch!!! I definitely recommend.

The place was very welcoming with a more laid-back atmosphere and all the staff were kind, attentive, consistent, and very understanding. My waitress was especially gentle about friend, who was going there for her first time, as she would explain in thorough detail about how the place works and would respond to our questions as well as she could; she was a lovely lady. The food and the cooking instructions are provided in a timely manner and the layout is spacious enough for my coordination disability, this is a promising place and an experience that will be something to look back on.
However, when I asked about if the sodas were included in the main price (so we could budget and split the bill more evenly) she said it was included, only for us to get the receipt (I provided the image in case) and see that it was a separate price entirely. And another thing is that the menu (not the server, she cleared that misconception up when we saw the “X2”) makes it out like the $30.99 price was for the total rather than per person, just thought that tidbit was a bit odd but it isn’t a negative if you know someone who has been to this establishment that can inform you that it is per person. And I feel that the website doesn’t provide any information outside of the order online. My only gripe is that this place is not beginner friendly even though the staff are, maybe disclose a few things on the website such as price splitting, and drink inclusion or exclusions so new folks can make an informed decision about the place ahead of time.

T Pot was a vibe!! My very first time with my Baby Girl she already had been but me first timer, it was a little overwhelming ordering because it was so much to choose from. My Waitress Tangela was very nice and patient and other staff helped me as well. I have to say the staff made me feel good about the entire experience, and I thank them for their patience. I know how to do it now, so I’ll be back. Thanks for a great first experience. The manager was very sweet too!!

Went today 8/1 for the soft opening and I must say across the board it was an excellent dining experience. The food was excellent and fresh with so many choices for all appetites, I’m vegetarian and I had so many options to choose from and more! Our table had Hot Pot, BBQ & Sushi and the prices was very reasonable $36.99 per person (Adult) The restaurant is modern and the wait staff were great! Our table had Vega and she was very attentive asking if we needed help ordering etc.. Charles County is stepping their game up with better choices for cuisine. 10 outta 10! I’ll definitely be returning for their grand opening.
