The restaurant has has a nice atmosphere, and there’s a counter where you can see the chef doing the sushi. I tried the Double tuna roll, which was ok (the garlic stole the favor) and the tuna sashimi – which was the highlight for me, high quality fish. I recommend visiting, I definitely wanna try again more options of their menu.

My kids favorite sushi restaurant. The chef is amazing the staff are so friendly and kind. We tried many other places but we always come back here . The sushi is so fresh and yummy . The teriyaki is delicious the soups all really taste.

An absolute hidden gem in San Francisco. Met work colleagues for dinner which was a bit out of the way from downtown where we were staying but I’m so glad we came out.

Just moved to SF from SoCal, and in this price range, this is definitely the best sushi I’ve had in my six years of living in California. I’ve actually been pretty disappointed with the overall food quality Californians consider “good,” but this restaurant is one my wife and I genuinely love. The sushi is delicious, consistently fresh, and offered at a great price!

Got the omakase here which was very good. And the price was good too for an omakase. The variety was great and service was nice. We also got two rolls the mount Fuji and I think the double hamachi roll. I liked them both, we asked the server for recommendations on the rolls and just ordered what she recommended. The hamachi kama was good too.

We just landed to SF, randomly looked up a decent looking sushi spot in the area and decided to try Toyama. Place looks ok, nothing special. I decide to try their omakase, not really expecting much. This ends up being one of the most delicious sushi I’ve ever had — what the hell?! Something like 12 amazing pieces for ~$50. Totally a hidden gym.

really solid spot in the area, spacious and good service. the rolls were great, though a bit on the saucier side. the hand roll was surprisingly good too, liked how the spicy scallop was just some sriracha mayo on top of a clean scallop. lunch set fish all pretty fresh!

I wasn’t hungry but I was with my girlfriends who wanted to go eat. I went in saying, ill try from your plates to ordering extra plates. All the of rolls we ordered were delicious, but my favorite was double sake. We had 2 of those for table.
Sashimi plate wasn’t much of the quantity and taste for the price. I wouldn’t order that next time.
Hot sake was also really good.
