I love diner food. But not all diner is great. However, Towson Diner offers the BEST and TASTIEST food and the prices are great! The servers are wonderful. I love Towson Diner! Great soups! Tuna fish sandwich & Ceasar salad is a must!!

My wife and I stopped into the Towson diner today for brunch. It was delicious. This diner, like many diners, is above ground level, but there’s a ramp from the free parking lot so it’s wheelchair accessible.

The menu is quite extensive. My wife had scrambled eggs with Nova lox and home fries. I had a Bagel “All the way” which is a toasted bagel with cream cheese, Nova lox, lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber and olive. The sandwich comes prior to construction. You can choose which of those ingredients you wish to use. There was plenty of Nova lox. I thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich.

The diner is clean and neat. Service is good. You pay at the cash register. Prices are reasonable.

If you’re in Towson, the Towson Diner is an excellent place to eat. I recommend it.

Typical diner. Staff was nice, eggs were good, pancakes were lightly cooked (how i like them). Home fries need some work, was not worth paying extra for them.
Will be back eventually, but likely to try lunch or dinner instead

It’s a great diner! Atmosphere is 70s but cleaned up. The diner food is fantastic, especially the pancakes! Price is pretty good too, definitely would recommend!

Classic diner breakfast. The poached eggs on my corned beef hash benedict were disappointing: overcooked, no runny yolks. And the home fries could’ve been crispier. But I’d still come back again. Coffee was good. My son loved his banana chocolate chip pancakes. Service was friendly, attentive.

Town Diner was a classic diner atmosphere with a Greek twist. It has a HUGE menu with all the yummy breakfast, lunch and dinner options you’d expect from a greasy spoon, and some Greek options as well. They even have some healthy as-ons and dishes that are very tasty. We went there twice while visiting relatives and had a variety of breakfast items: avocado toast with poached eggs on top, avocado Benedict (super yum), Greek omelette, salmon Benedict, and others. If we lived here we’d be here all the time! The staff were attentive and very nice, food came out quickly. And… pro tip: plenty of free parking!

An overall good experience. I absolutely loved our server, he was so cheery and bright, and I’m kicking myself because I wanted to remember his name… Nuts.
The food was mostly good, however, I didn’t love the meatloaf. It was tasty but, terribly dry. To the point of being crunchy around the edges. The “mushroom gravy” seemed to have every vegetable in it other than mushrooms. The steak was huge. The breakfast was good as expected.
Diners seem to be getting pricey these days and are less of an inexpensive family night out. A kid’s steak (that’s not $30) would be a nice addition to the menu.

It gives the classic American diner vibe for sure. The service I received was also really good.

Let’s start with the good! The French toast is HUGE and very tasty. It’s sweet so you can eat it without any syrup. The crab dip was also tasty, I would most definitely get these two items again.

On the flip side, my plate was dirty. The sausages were literally hard and stiff. I ended up sending them back. The waffles and strawberries were not what I a expected. Typically when pancakes or waffles are topped with fruit, I immediately assume it’s more of a sauce or sorts. A chunky sweet sauce. That could be a personal assumption and doesn’t necessarily reflect the place at all.

All in all, I would possibly return. If for nothing else, the French toast.

Towson Diner has been a favorite of mine for a long time. Today my experience was not that great. I ordered my favorite the Mexican omelette. Today the omelette was scorched. I was able to eat only about half. Then asked myself why am I eating this when it is not good. Service is usually very good. However, today service was poor. I was very annoyed when my coffee cup was empty and could not get waiter’s attention while he was sitting in another both talking to another employee.
I am not writing off Towson Diner just yet. I will give them one more chance. I hope they are still the best diner as in the past.
