2nd time I’ve been here. 1st time brilliant so I thought I’d try again.. unfortunately the fish must have been cooked well before it was served. The fish was stuck to lots of batter and hardly any fish inside. My partners was much better full of fish. Very disappointed with mine.

Really good crispy fish and chips. Batter is extremely crispy and chips are not greasy. There are few decent chippies left and this is one of the good ones. Two young lads of the till serving, extremely efficient and very attentive to make sure nothing was missed, a credit to this fish shop

Excellent local chippy as always. The new Southern Fried Chicken range is a must-try too. I’d recommend ordering online for a pick up slot on busy nights like Friday and Saturday as you can just go and get your order straightaway instead of waiting in the super long queues! Fish and chips cooked in beef dripping and done to perfection.

Worst decision of my life they was a bone in the fish nearly harmed my child don’t get me started on the mushapees smelt like a farm and saw the staff coughing on the pees that was not covered let’s just say the curry sauce has finished me off never going back will be trying other fish shops in idle
