I’ve never written a restaurant review in my life and that says a lot considering I’ve dined at some of the top spots around: Smith & Wollensky, The Capital Grille, Rao’s, Cipriani, Chicago Chop House, and more.
Townie is on another level. Hands down the best bartenders and best drinks anywhere. I’ve been coming here for over five years, and it’s consistently amazing.
Shoutout to Kiara, Isa, Maura, and Natalie, Mike absolute legends behind the bar. Incredible drinks, great energy, and a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay all night.

Had my baby shower here and everything was absolutely fabulous!!!! They have a great, spacious event space upstairs. Everyone whom we worked with was absolutely fabulous – shout outs to Morgan, Mike, Mike, and Jenny!!! ( we also had another bar tender who was fabulous but I realized I never got her name ). Everyone was just such a pleasure to work with and we’re all so helpful!!! Seriously cannot speak more highly of the team we worked with. And then of course their food is absolutely delicious. So many options from their catering menu to choose from. So happy to have had my baby shower here!!!

Honestly, I love the vibes here more than the food. They had a happy hour going on when me and my wife went to dinner, so our pizza was only $10! How could you beat that price nowadays? Drinks were decent price too with a great selection (not just at happy hour).
Our waiter was very attentive to our table even when it got busy.
We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a side of fries, and nachos. Everything was good, except I think the chicken in the nachos should be cut into smaller pieces.
Otherwise, great experience. Definitely recommend and will be going back to try the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo.

I visited this restaurant on January 2, 2026, around 9:40 PM, and I’d like to share my experience regarding the service. I specifically asked the bartender to hold my drink while I used the washroom. Upon my return, I found my drink poured and left unattended at the bar, surrounded by strangers. This situation made me uncomfortable, and I felt it wasn’t safe to leave my drink like that.
He could’ve at least covered my drink to ensure its safety. I believe it’s important for bartenders to take responsibility for the well-being of their patrons, especially women who may be on their own. In crowded settings, it’s crucial to prioritize customer safety by not leaving drinks unattended. While I paid for my drink and left, I hope future patrons, particularly those who are alone, will be better protected.

I found this place thanks to a friend’s recommendation. The venue is large and open. The staff were attentive and friendly. We went there for happy hour, and it’s awesome. Their pizzas are all $10 dollars, house wines and drinks are $7, and beers are $6. We ordered three little pigs and Titos. They were delicious. It was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m definitely coming back.

This was one of the most unprofessional establishments. Rented the room upstairs for a birthday, and from the second I walked in I was harassed for a “tip” before we even had any service. The “owner” or whoever that was that introduced himself as such was rude and after I paid 800 for 3 hours, started to upcharge people at the party after the agreed upon 50 for a alcohol wristband. Food was horrible, service was horrible! Do not rent the room upstairs! If you want to get garbage drinks and watch them serve underage high school kids, this is for you!

In a town with plenty of pizza options, Towne Parlor does a nice job carving out a niche for itself in the authentic Italian pizza category. Chewy crust with a nicely tart sauce, the pizza is all around fresh. Paired with respectable smoked wings and the decent caesar salad, this meal was an enjoyable one even with it being take out. Prices may be a bit steep compared to other Stamford standbys but the flavors and ingredients here are solid.
