Went here for breakfast with my mom and loved it! We shared the tomatoes & burrata (added prosciutto), miso-glazed salmon bowl (I added egg and avocado for extra protein), and the breakfast sandwich (highly recommend swapping the biscuit for a croissant). Drinks were the matcha latte and the hot apple cider (fall special)—both were great.
The space is bright and roomy with plenty of natural light, and the staff was super friendly. Note: a handful of tables are laptop-free between 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

I have been to T&O many times over the years and while expensive, the food and overall experience has always been good. Last week I went to lunch with a friend and had the most disappointing service. The Harvest Bowl I ordered was served in a small bowl and the food items in the bowl were not in small pieces as they would traditionally be in a “Bowl” style. The full size broccolini was impossible to cut with the sides of the bowl and butter knife. When I asked at the counter if I could have the bowl fixed as a bowl instead of a dinner, it was if I was speaking another language. The woman at the counter (wearing glasses, I did not see a name) said she could not take the food back to make that change and offered me a small plate to dump my bowl contents on. I went back to my seat to try this “fix”. When the knife would still not cut the broccolini, I went back up to ask for a sharper knife. After waiting a couple of minutes for her to return from the kitchen she handed me the exact same style knife. Through all of this, there was never an apology or effort to make this situation better. It was more of a stare down. In fact, the manager stood at the end of the counter at his computer. The woman at the counter stopped and whispered to him about me on her way to the kitchen and he did not offer any help or positive customer service whatsoever. I will no longer return here!

Very cute and modern spot. The ice coffee and latte was great. We will go back for sure to try the brunch and other stuff. I hope they open a spot in the Glen or closer to us.
Update: we had breakfast here this morning and it was great. The steak was super delicious and cooked to perfection.

This was my first time trying out this café. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and there was hair inside the biscuit. I tried to pull it out but it was embedded in the middle of the biscuit I got so grossed out and I didn’t want to eat anymore. I went up to a worker. I showed her what happened she just looked at me and said that she was sorry. She offered to make a new one. I didn’t get her name, but she was wearing a white headband and also had one earbud in her ear. So who knows if she even cared or not.
The place was nice inside and unfortunately we will not be coming back because it grossed everyone out.
I wasn’t going to write this but when reading other reviews of this place I saw another post about a hair inside food and this is unbelievable.

Spacious place, wonderful and calm. Extra study area in the back.
Service was good but dry.
The tartine was definitely unique. Variety of fresh ingredients but mild flavor.
The chocolate croissant was average. Flaky on the outside but dense on the inside.
The cappuccino was good but mild in terms of flavor and strength.
They service dine in coffee in paper cups.
Prices: high average.

This place has an awesome vibe! Great size! Amazing coffee! Fantastic staff! This place has been on my bucket list for a while now and it lived up to the hype. My friend spilled her coffee by our table and the staff immediately helped us!

First time here and we were seated within minutes upon arriving. The staff was great as well and kept us updated about seating . The food came quick as well. I Got the harvest salad with chicken added as well as the Carmel latte. Both were amazing! Had leftovers as well. Will be coming back again.
