Born and raised, and still live on the North Shore. Just popped my South Shore Bar Pizza Cherry with Town Spa. I am thoroughly impressed. Very delicious.

It was just okay. The pizza is very greasy. The sausage had better flavor than the meatball. My son lives the cheese raviolis and his meat sauce was very good!!!

Was in the area and decided to cross Town Spa off the bucket list. Place comes with a lot of hype and i wanted to see for myself. After one look, I knew that the pizza wasn’t my style, but wanted to give it a try anyway. Got a small pizza and made a meat lovers with bacon, pepperoni and sausage. Had them cook it crispy. Good amount of toppings, but a little on the greasy side. Usually happens when the toppings aren’t pre-cooked to an extent. Taste was okay, nothing extraordinary. Sauce and cheese coverage was good. Not a fan of the spongy crust. Way too much flop. Consider it a slightly above average pizza. If you like Ellios, this is the place for you. Just don’t forget to bring cash.

Cozy comfy spot for pizza with takeout area. Good sides but pizza is the star! Even their gluten free is really good! Place is often packed so you know it’s good so be prepared for a wait if you see the parking lot full, but the wait is so worth it! They make a great pizza

Cash only place – be aware but ATM available. Staff and food were good. Good variety of items on the menu. My group got pizzas that are one size only – good size to eat solely or share. I got the Buffalo pizza – it was really – I didn’t share . It was busy when we arrived but seated under 5 minutes. Sport games on TV. Would eat there again if the area.

My boyfriend and I have been going to Town Spa for at least 20 years. That should say it all , but I will say more. We especially love the mushroom, onion, pepper, salami, Pizza. What used to be referred to as the “MOPS”. We always get it crispy. It is always cooked to perfection. The waitresses are always very accommodating, some are even quite funny, no matter how busy it gets in there. And believe me, it gets incredibly busy in there.

Yes, their pizza is amazing, but the FRENCH FRIES! I thought a coworker was kidding when we mentioned going there (I live out of town) and he told us we had to get the fries. Omg, was he right! They are thick like steak fries yet super crispy. Kind of a reverse crinkle cut fry. The crinkles go length-wise instead of crosswise. I dunno why they are awesome, but they are.

We drove down from New Hampshire just to take my Dad for Town Spa pizza. The pizza was just as delicious as it was 40 years ago. Barbara our server was excellent

Great family run restaurant! The waitress was very friendly and attentive to my nephew and myself! We just happened to visit Tree Top Adventures in Canton when the staff there told me this place was 10 minutes away. I grew up on south shore bar style pizza and have seen this place recommended in an associated forum numerous times, so I was excited to venture there. we got the appetizer sampler and a cheese and pepperoni pizza. Food came out hot and fast for a Friday afternoon around 2pm. Everything was delicious. It’s like most small business pizza places and is a cash only place, but there is an ATM in the take out area. I’m glad to help any family owned business avoid the expenses of credit transactions and love tipping waitresses/waiters in cash so the government can’t dip into their tips looking for taxes.
