I am very picky when it comes to my pizza, so I always give a new pizza place a try twice to make sure the first time wasn’t a fluke (in a good or bad way).
The first time with Town Plot was great! Good price, good cook on the dough, and the crust was great! I tried half cheese, half pepperoni, so I could get an idea of both. Cheese had good snap, and the pepperoni was not all grease.
My second time was just as good. I did full pepperoni because that’s my usual. Same great cheese snap and the pepperoni was same quality. I also tried the Garlic knots, which were good, better than most places, but I still like Luna’s knots the best.
For the price, service, and quality of pizza, I’m definitely making this my go-to over Luna’s. It’s definitely worth giving them a try!

From the moment you walk in the owner Raj greeted me with warm smiles and genuinely friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The cook went above and beyond to ensure everything is just right, checking in at the perfect times without ever being intrusive. The chicken Parmigiana pasta is the true star of the menu. The chicken is perfectly breaded and cooked to a golden crisp on the outside while staying tender and juicy inside. It’s topped with rich, flavorful marinara sauce and a generous layer of melted cheese that pulls beautifully with every bite. The pasta is cooked al dente and coated evenly in sauce, creating the perfect balance of textures and flavors.
And of course, the pizza is just as impressive. The crust is perfectly baked — crisp on the outside, a good balance of crust with just the right amount of chew. New pizza place I found on Facebook decided to give it a try and their pizza was really good. Staff was very friendly in a sandwich. Was not too bad (we got a chicken parm). Their prices were okay. I will definitely be coming back here soon. I am not sure if their prices will change because on their menu it says grand opening pricing so I’m imagining that it can change, but hopefully not too much. I am not sure what their rules are for delivery, especially if you live nearby in the town plot area. They look like at some point they will soon sell individual slices just by what I saw walking in – but again I am not sure. They are still setting up. We will wait and see!

Had to try this place after hearing sooo many people talk about it. Pizza was perfect. Nice thin crust, perfect golden crust and the pepperoni flavor was amazing! Chicken tenders were crunchy and no weird tendons inside but you could still tell it was REAL chicken. Opening a new restaurant takes a little time and patience to work out the kinks but I’m excited to go back again and try more things!

Best delivery pizza I’ve had in waterbury thus far. The cheese pizza was an 8 out of 10 and the veggie pizza was 7.5 out of 10. I thoroughly enjoy the food and delivery was super fast. Prices are reasonable as well. It’s about as close to New Haven style pizza as you’re going to get in the Town plot area. The chef salad was fresh and delicious 9 out of 10. And the steak egg rolls were amazing. 10 out of 10.
Only thing I would say is that the pizza should be cooked a little bit longer so you can get that crunch on the undercarriage. And I think it needs a bit more seasoning. The pizza doesn’t POW when u bite it but It is very tasty. But there is def room for some small improvements.
With that said, this will definitely be my new pizza spot moving forward.
