We had the regular burger with jalapeños, all dressed with mayo and mustard. The 1/2 pound burgers came with some nice crispy crinkle cut fries. The iced tea was great. They also have a bakery with cakes, cookies and muffins. A great place in Centerville to eat. Excellent service and food!

Great food! I had the ultimate burrito and it was amazing, it had all the goodies in it. Just passing through but highly recommend a stop in.

Stopped for lunch. Liked the atmosphere. Couple tables open but not cleared off yet, but found a table in the back room. Only one waitress working the whole place during a lunch hour rush. The waitress was friendly and great, but our food experience was poor. Between when the first meal came out and the last was almost an hour, and the last thing that came out was the kids meal for the 2 year old. By that time we just packed up and left. She ended up just eating everyone’s fries. Took 2 hours for 3 burgers, 2 sandwiches, and a kids chicken strips. I appreciate things are slower in the country, but please prioritize the kids food.

I had the deep fried burger at this small town Café. The burger was more like a chicken fried steak, but it was still good. Service was slow and it took forever for the food to come out, otherwise it was all good. I would eat here again.

This little jewel should not be overlooked. I had a grilled chicken sandwich on Texas toast and onion rings. The chicken was nicely seasoned and the homemade onion rings were perfect. Together, it was less than $10. My husband had a 1/4 pound cheeseburger from the Senior menu and tater tots. Both were excellent for $6.95!

Love supporting small business so we stopped here on the way to Dallas! Everything came out quick and fresh! We tried the deep fried burger and it was so good! Finished off with tollhouse pie with ice cream.

Everything you could ask for from a traditional mom and pop diner. The owners are so nice, the establishment is comfortable and clean, and the food HIT THE SPOT. Their buttermilk pie was something else, wish I could have another slice right this moment. Would recommend for breakfast lunch or dinner.

Wonderful, quaint, charming mom & pop cafe! Good-eating, down-home atmosphere in the little town of Centerville,TX. Nothing pretentious and the food is great. All kinds of pies by the slice and cake and cookies. Stopped in for lunch about 1 pm on a Friday. Parking lot was full with locals dining in. They have daily lunch specials. Today’s special was fried fish, pinto beans, sweet cornbread plus a fresh well-stocked bar. AND peach cobbler! All so good… definitely off the beaten path, but what a gem! We will return! PS. Gotta get there before 2:30 for lunch.
