We went to this place to order for my daughter’s 9th birthday cake. The service was phenomenal and the person taking the order was super friendly and very patient, explaining to my wife and daughter all the various options available.
On the day of, they called ahead to confirm and make sure there was no change and the pickup time. The 2-tier cake was a masterpiece and amazing tasting. My wife was super impressed with herself for selecting Tous Les Jours in Pleasanton, because everyone at the party complimented her about the cake and how delicious it was.
Did I mention, they even offered my daughter a complimentary cake on the day of order because it was her birthday.
Thank you team Tous Les Jours for your amazing masterpiece. We could feel the love and effort that went into making this cake for our dear daughter.

Amazing staff with amazing cakes. They made us a customized cake and provided best service with understanding what we wanted (it was a jungle theme based cake for 40 people) and it tasted so good just like all their cakes. However, the staff clearly needs to work on politeness and customer service. The employees were rude and rushed, even though there were no other customers. My coffee order was taken incorrectly: instead of a Butter Pecan Cloud Latte, I was given a regular latte. When I pointed this out after the drink was ready, the staff argued with me, insisting that I had ordered just a latte.
A simple apology or remaking the drink would have been enough, but neither happened.
I usually visit TOUS Le Jour in Dublin and always have a great experience there. Unfortunately, my visit to TOUS le jour in Pleasanton was absolutely different.

Amazing selection of pastries and drinks! Been here almost everyday for the past week I try to get a diff pastry each time since they offer such a wide variety. Their assam milk tea is a great choice if you like the taste of brown sugar bubble tea! They also have sugar free vanilla syrup and milk alternatives.

This location which recently opened is great and clean. The varieties and assortment of pasties here seems to be more than other locations. The owner and management team seems really kind, generous, and accommodating. Would recommend this place.

Have never been disappointed by Tous Les Cakes they have consistently delicious Cakes. During this visit we had some slices and smoothie, and had a opportunity to meet the owner of this location and was pleasantly surprised by the variety, they even have fresh savoury pastries and other lunch and snack items and hot and cold drinks to complement them. Apparently the team bakes all the items on site, starting at 5am before the store opens. Good to know every thing is fresh.

The wife and I wanted to try something new outside our area and decide to travel to TOUSS les JOURS in Pleasanton.
We ordered a couple of items and we were not disappointed.
Croquettes – Original & KIMCHI. Both are great, but I found the KIMCHI to taste a bit better and more flavorful. Recommend both.
Cream Donuts – Macha & Strawberry. If you like Macha you will love these. I’m not huge on Macha, but it was good. On the other hand, the strawberry was . The donuts are so soft and the cream is very light and flavorful. Highly recommend with a cup of coffee.
Overall great spot for some breakfast and brunch. Very clean especially the bathroom .
