I ordered a raspberry spiral croissant online. The picture shows half of the croissant is supposed to be dipped in chocolate and it doesn’t appear to be a croissant sandwich. Well I was dessert fished, what i got looked nothing like the online picture. If I went into order and saw it first, I wouldn’t have bought it based on how it looked.

I went to the Clackamas Town Center Location at the Mall and got the Confetti Cake. The frosting on the cake was sour and taste like mold. I called the store to ask for a refund. I was greeted by a young lady who spoke to her supervisor about giving a refund or exchange and was told that it wasn’t allowed and that all sales are final. This was upsetting because the cake was for my daughter’s 13th birthday.

Really tasty pastries — I love stopping by in the mornings. Everything looks neat, and the place is always very clean inside. The staff is polite and friendly. The only thing is they don’t ask how sweet you want your coffee, so a couple of times I ended up with coffee that had no syrup or sugar at all.

I have visited this bakery chain in Las Vegas but have not tried their bakeries. My whole family is a big fan of mango so we decided to share a mango cream crossiant ($4.9). It looked good in the refrigerated section. In another non-refrigerated section, they sell taro cream crossiant ($4.9) as well. It looked quite good so I will have to give that one a try next time.
The mango cream was very light but creamy. The crossiant was filled with large portion of mango cream. I can really taste the mango flavor. The cream was light with a touch of tangy flavor. It was so good. Now that I know their mango cream is good, I will definitely try their mango cake as well.

I brought a cake from them yesterday, and they gave me a bad cake. The cake were not soft, and were sour. The mango on top of the cake already turned bad. The employees told me that all sales are final and there’s nothing they can do about it.
The picture I attached showed that the mango on the cloud cake already turned bad when I went into the store to purchase it.
The next day I went back to tell them, I saw more than one fruit cake turned bad and they still put it out for purchase.
Overall, this is such a bad experience and I will not go back again. I used to always purchase bread and cakes from them, after this experience I will not go back again. So disappointed.

I love this chain, it’s got a handful of other locations but I’m thankful there’s one at the mall now. If you go earlier the stuff tastes better and there’s a wider selection since they make it all new everyday, and if you’re getting just one or two things it’s not too expensive for more quality desserts.
The customer service is always good as well, and it’s always clean inside. Almost never have I had a complaint with a tous les jours.

I would give 5 stars, or even 100 stars, for the cakes here, but your staff… today there were three staff members, two women were very good and helped me find the cake my daughter wanted. But the short woman in the black dress with long eyelashes needs improvement. Please pay attention to customers when they ask questions. If the customer knew the answer, they wouldn’t be asking you.
