Nice store, plenty parking, easy to find the store, the inside is very nice with a lot of pastries, sweet and savory choice. The customer service was meh. The cake was overly priced. The taste was normal nothing too special. I like the presentation and the package was pretty.

I had a bad experience at this store. I bought the cake on Saturday night , put in the refrigerator , opened on Sunday for a Birthday and the fruits toppings are all moldy. Called customer service the manager is telling me the store has no responsibility when customers brought the cake out the door. Customer service doesn’t listen to complaints but spoke over the customer . Just one night and the cake turned bad. She said that was three days ??? DID you listen to what I am saying???

I tried the almond croissant, the green tea croissant, the Danish bread, the banana milk bread, and the savory pastry with sausage. All of them were exceptional! Very delicious, highly recommended. Oh and the Tiramisu Latte was also very good, and a perfect pairing to those amazing croissants. Tous Le Hours was highly recommend by my daughter and I can see why. There is something exceptionally delicious here for everyone. The selection is impressive, and the cakes look amazing – i look forward to sampling one or 2 on my next visit!
