I came here with my family and almost every single item was great. The savory items with the sausages were my favorites. The sweet items were a little sweet for my liking, but they are quite good and have a very light airy texture. Keep in mind though that there will be a long line if you come in peak timing. But that just is testament to how great the food is.

It is a great find! Finally Ballston quarter added a place that offers coffee! This cafeteria is an amazing addition to the food court. They have great and delicious treats! The coffee is great! The place is clean! The staff are very helpful and polite and you’ll get a small treat if you spend more than $20! The pastry is amazingly delicious! They have the Portuguese egg custard tarts! Thank you guys!

The hot and cold drinks here are not good and overpriced. When we ordered an iced chai latte, they gave us a tea bag in iced water – and when we explained the tea bag would not steep into cold water, we were met with blank stares and then told “we don’t do lattes, it’s just a teabag.” This would have been helpful to know before we ordered. The hot matcha latte was not hot but luke warm.

I typically love Tous Les Jour but my most recent experience definitely didn’t live up to the standard.
1- We ordered the hazelnut brittle macaron and found it super soft with no chewy texture at all. Pistachio macaron however was a nice texture and flavor.
2- We ordered the chocolate cloud cake and found the whipped cream to be incredibly grainy and curdled with the texture being reminiscent to cottage cheese. Hoping they can improve on this because I really love this cake when done correctly!

I’ve visited this place a couple of times to buy cakes, and the cakes have always been good.
However, I had a very unpleasant experience with the lady who was working around 8 pm on Monday. From the moment I ordered, her tone was very rude. When I couldn’t understand what she was saying, she stared at me and repeated herself in an unfriendly way.
When I asked for a fork, she cut me off and said “self service.” I went to check, but there were no forks available. When I told her there were none, she stared at me again and said they don’t provide forks. I’ve been to several Tous Les Jours locations, and this was the first time I was told they don’t have forks.
The cake itself is good, but the staff needs better customer service training.

I was shocked and disappointed by the Mango Cloud cake I bought. I expected a sponge, creamy cake, but it was the complete opposite. It was a Mango Brick unfortunately. The top layer of icing and cream was crunchy. One of the middle layer was outright unbreakable either with a fork or my teeth. I had to guess that it was just taken out of the freezer. The matcha croissant was quite good though.

Tous les Jours cafe is such a refreshing addition to the Ballston Market neighborhood. A south Korean bakery inspired French and Asian traditional take on baked goods, desserts and beverages ready to fulfill your sweet tooth dreams. My favorites are the Iced Tiramisu Latte (Almond milk) and a cake pastry. They have a variety of unique options compared to their competition here at Ballston Market. The staff is friendly and ready assist with any questions. I will definitely visit more since it is close by and convenient.

Ordered a 6 inch red velvet cake for granddaughters sixth birthday. We were so disappointed. It was dry, tasteless, broke apart when we cut it. And for $40, there was no value. Better products from Walmart and Publix.

Tried the tiramisu latte and it was pretty good! I also got a slice of mango cloud cake that was good. After spending $15 they also gave me a free sweet potato cake which was a nice surprise!

I was disappointed with my experience here. The employee who helped us was not friendly at all. My friend wanted to take out a strawberry croissant, and instead of kindly explaining that it was self-service, she said it with a bad attitude. After we paid, she told us to grab the item from the side, but there was no take-out bag provided to carry it.
While I was placing our order, her attitude made it feel like she didn’t even want us to order. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be coming back again.
