Ordered a mango cloud birthday cake over the phone and it was ready for me at the agreed upon time a few days later.
The cake came with birthday candles and a plastic serving knife that had matches and a small striking surface in the handle.
The cake itself was fluffy and tasted good. My entire family liked that it wasn’t excessively sweet.

I’ve been coming to this bakery for about a year and genuinely used to love it. Lately though, the experience hasn’t been the same.
There’s a newer staff member at the counter who often seems irritated, is frequently on her phone, and comes across as rude when customers ask for help or have questions. This is very different from the friendly and welcoming service the bakery had before, which is honestly what kept me coming back.
It’s disappointing to see that change, because the bakery itself is good. As a customer, you expect at least basic politeness when you’re paying for food.

I really love the bread from this place. It’s on the pricier side, but I always thought their bread was trustworthy. Today, I bought a cream bread and a mocha bread. While eating the cream bread, I found a foreign object inside. It looks like a piece of a latex glove. Thinking that I could have accidentally swallowed it without noticing is terrifying. I hope more care is taken when making the bread.

My husband went to store to redeem my birthday free slice of cake around 12:40 PM on 11/09/2025. I didn’t even know about this birthday offer until I got the email today. The first cashier tried to help, but said the coupon showed as expired. I asked over the phone how that could be since I just got it and never used it. She then asked another lady to check, and that lady spoke to me in a really rude and dismissive way. She said, “It’s expired, and I can’t fix technical issues,” in a very unhelpful tone. Her attitude honestly made me feel like she didn’t want to help at all. And the situation really ruined my birthday experience, which was disappointing because I was just trying to enjoy a small treat. I think this lady could use some training on how to speak to customers more kindly and handle situations better. It’s a very bad experience.

I tried their Vanilla Strawberry Cake, and it was absolutely savory! It had the perfect balance of sweetness, with a delicious strawberry-filled layer. I preordered the cake over the phone, and the staff was kind enough to reserve it for me. They even provided a lighter and candles, which was a thoughtful touch for a birthday celebration. While the cake is a bit pricey for its size, it’s definitely worth it if you love cheesecakes. I also recommend trying their Tiramisu – it’s fantastic!

The bakery is located inside H-mart. My friend got me a chocolate cake for my birthday and it was delicious. It was creamy and the cake was fluffy. The best thing was it was not too sweet. Heard the red velvet is also amazing, but you have to pre-order it. I went the next day to get some pastries. It is a little bit on the pricier end. But the overall flavor and presentation is excellent.

Wonderful cakes and baked goods. I always come here to purchase birthday cakes because they’re always unique and beautifully made. They even give you birthday candles so you don’t forget and a cool knife with matches inside so you’re all prepared. Really love how kind and fast the service is here too.
