I came the other day to place cake order. The staff was so nice and helped me a lot in choosing the cake that I need. They always so happy and cheerful. I ended up pick out two cakes from them, which is the Blueberry yogurt cake and Mocha cake. The cakes are AMAZING. They tasted buttery and creamy cake. We also order the Tiramisu Latte which is so good. I can’t recommend enough about it. Would definitely tell my family and friend to visit more!!

Great place for desserts, pastries and food. Got my birthday cake for our trip to the coast, came with a serving utensil and matches/candles. Never disappoint.

The barista today was super rude, unsanitary, & dismissive when I was trying to ask for help today. Not only that but she was touching her mouth & drink & I watched her touch the tea tag which ended up inside of my drink so I requested a new drink! I’m not sure what’s going on with their staff lately but they’re so rude! Also I’m a frequent customer as is my whole family since we’re Orenco residents. You would think because they’re in a decent location their customer service wouldn’t be so disgusting! We will be going to the Beaverton location from now on. They are all always so rude, never smiling, always dismissive but today was my last straw! Will not be returning to this location!

This place has really grown on me the past few years. Really high quality delicious baked goods for the price in the area. Not to mention the huge rotating varieties every week.

Lovely light cakes too.

Only wish they had more gluten free and vegan options!

I was in the area and decided to try this place out.

Walking in there were a wide variety of pastries ranging from the standard classics to exotic looking brunch breakfast and dessert options.

I decided to pick out two brunch options at random and a tiramisu latte.

My first bite and drinks, it was as of the clouds parted, I felt like the food critic from the ratatouille movie, when he had the final dish.

Spectacular, would be putting what I experienced, lightly.

Great food, both sweet and savoury. Cakes are a delight. Croissants are buttery melt in the mouth gorgeous.
Probably the best coffee in the area.
But I always find the staff a bit detached. It’s as if they don’t really want to be there. Service is prompt, but just functional.

The seating areas at both sides are tired, and could do with a makeover to make the place a bit more welcoming.

Went to Tous Les Jours and got myself a croquette ($4), a ham and tomato pastry ($3.95), and a chocolate hazelnut croissant ($3.95). The store was nice and clean; the pastries smelled good and looked beautiful.

What you do is grab a tray and some tongs. Then you walk around the small shelves and choose your pastries. Their names and prices are on small cards by the pastries, so you know what they are and how much they cost. Then you go to the register, pay, and enjoy your pastries. You can also order a beverage there, such as coffee or matcha. I would recommend getting something nice and visually appealing to eat .

I hate to give a poor review to this place. I’ve been going here everyday for the past 4 months, and I absolutely fell in love with the people who worked there. I’ve genuinely never felt so welcomed by a community of hardworking people before. One of those amazing people was Noor. Not only did she do her job well, but she connected with people instantaneously in a genuine way. I don’t want to go to a place where people give artificial smiles and deliver automated responses—which is a concern with a chain café and bakery. Noor, as well as her peers, broke that mold and gained my trust and respect as a customer and community member. When I learned that she was let go because a customer had a bad day and found it difficult to understand that a barista would have to use their hands to touch a teabag… It just didn’t make sense. As I said earlier, I went to TLJ practically everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, for the past four months—and I saw consistently brilliant customer connections… A type of connection that is untrainable; its innate. For her to be let go is a huge loss, and unfortunately, I’ve lost my trust in TLJ’s leadership to let someone like her go. Again, I loved the vibe, food, and people—but I cannot give my money to a place that does not value the people who work there.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited this bakery, and honestly, I’m not even trying to stop. This place has become my spot—my comfort zone, my happy place, my go‑to for anything sweet, warm, or freshly baked. Every single item I’ve tried here has been nothing short of mesmerizing. The flavors hit differently, the textures are perfect, and the quality is consistently on cloud 9. It’s rare to find a bakery where everything is amazing, but this one pulls it off effortlessly. Their seasonal item like taco cream, ube coconut latte, pistachio latte, my all time fav is strawberry cream croissant. Whether it’s the pastries, cakes, breads, or those little surprise items you don’t expect to love—everything leaves you wanting more. I keep coming back, and every visit reminds me why this is my favorite bakery in town.
