This place is one of my favorite French-Korean bakery chains. I’m glad they have one here in Thornton now! Their breads, cakes, and drinks are delicious. The employees are friendly and helpful. The cafe is clean and usually quiet. It’s a good place to sit down and chat.
Definitely would recommend going earlier in the day for the most selection of breads because they bake all of their breads in the morning.
They have both buttercream and fresh whipped cream cakes. I bought these (chocolate and mango cloud cake) for my office for a party and they were both delicious and pretty. They’re both light and not too sweet, which I prefer. Their macarons are so good. My favorite item at the store is probably their guava pastry (I unfortunately don’t have a photo but here is a chocolate croissant, which was good too.)

I always love coming here for my pastries and cakes! They’re the perfect amount of sweet, and my family and I always come here for birthday cakes or other special occasions. My mom and I’s favorite cake is the blueberry yogurt cake; it’s the perfect blend of sweet, fluffy, fruity, and delicious. The mango cloud cake is up there too, as well as the regular cloud cakes.
The drinks are actually quite good too! The ube latte? 10/10 would order again.

If you ever want a coffee or any kind of Beverage from this place don’t come here the pastry is great but the customer service is horrible if you pick two different drinks and they don’t have either one what’s the point of coming here . I see why this place is empty. I had to take all my pastries to go and drive to Starbucks to get a cup of coffee because these people can’t make one simple coffee for you.

This is the best Bakery in Thornton. I love various pastries and cakes. They are not too sweet but very soft and fresh. Whenever I am invited to my friends house for dinner, I bring a cake for desserts. I never failed to satisfy my friends. If you want to bring less sugar, high-quality, and a new taste for your family and friends, I strongly recommend this Bakery.

I’m writing this on behalf of my sister, as I was present during the entire experience. She paid extra for a custom cake and gave clear, detailed instructions, yet the bakery still messed up the order.
When we pointed out the mistake, Kathy became argumentative and dismissive, insisting it “wasn’t their fault” instead of offering a simple apology or trying to make it right. They told her that she should be happy with what she got and they’re not going to fix it. At no point did my sister receive an apology for the error but instead of eye rolls and crap taking in Spanish.
As we were leaving, staff members came outside they were laughing at us which was extremely disrespectful given the situation. Watching my sister be treated this way was upsetting and completely unprofessional.
This business showed zero accountability and shockingly poor customer service. I do not recommend supporting this type of business. As they charge premium prices. Customers deserve better than this kind of treatment. If I was the owner of this place I wouldn’t not want Kathy and the other staff to be part of the establishment

Sunday, 01/11/2026: They open at 8:00. I arrive at 8:15. Fewer than half of the pastry case has stock. There are pastry trays, but no pastry tongs. I go to the counter, the barista (hard-working, best to her!) is frantically filling coffee orders. She notices me, I ask for pastry tongs from the clean pile sitting near the sink, she obliges. I get what I can from the limited pastry items, go to the counter, and wait. A co-worker of hers eventually notices me, bags the 4 pastries, and the credit card machine suggests a minimum 15% tip.

Update: Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend as highly as I did previously. My personal opinion is that this location was not very well managed and it has suffered from a downward spiral. They are no longer well-stocked (in fact I don’t know when, but they shut down their kitchen and now receive a very limited selection of items shipped from the Westminster location, which has fared better I think because it was more established despite sub par management). Their items available leaves a lot to be desired and after going in a half dozen times to find the displays 60-80% empty, find that it’s not worth going in to check anymore. It’s such a shame because it had great potential. The last cake I got was not very fresh (I would bet money that if they hadn’t sold it to me that day it would have been donated or chucked – I could tell because the icing on the cake was not smooth and the cake itself was on the dry side). I really hope they can salvage this location or I would expect it to shut down when the lease is up.

The pastries, breads, cakes, macaroons and drinks are all delicious – our family has tried most of their items (mostly from Westminster location, but this one is same management) and there isn’t a single thing we’ve tried that we don’t like. My favorites are the blueberry yogurt cake and rose macaroon. The fruit is super fresh. I love that the sweetness is perfectly balanced and not cloying compared to others. The store is really clean, and in the era of COVID, I appreciate the masks, hygiene and individually wrapped foods.

Giving a 1 * is being generous. I have been a regular customer and have bought cakes for every occasion for years. Since the new owners have taken over this place has gone down hill and customer service is terrible. I bought a cake for my husbands 50th birthday and it was terrible, it tasted stale and the cake was dry. Very disappointing. I called to speak to the manager she was so rude and abrupt. I will not be returning and would not recommend buying from here. It’s too pricey and not worth the price.
