I stop by this place every time I’m in Chicago, and it’s always a great experience.
The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, the pastries are fresh and really well made, and everything reminds me a bit of Europe especially Germany.
It’s a clean, comfortable spot to sit down, have good coffee, and take a break.
Consistent quality, friendly vibe, and definitely one of my favorite places to return to.

We were really looking forward to trying this bakery. It is a visual delight with beautiful displays and gorgeous cakes. They have quite a bit of competition in the immediate vicinity, with Mitsuwa less than a mile away and several really good Asian bakeries not far in Schaumburg. We tried the Crispy Almond pastry which wasn’t expensive, but it was also nothing special. But our biggest gripe is that the cashier was very rude.

Met a friend on New Year’s Day and was grateful this was one of the few bakery/coffee shops open. My first time there but it won’t be my last. Loved the large selection that was restocked fresh while I was there (over three hours). Cute and cosy with friendly service and a wide variety of pastries. I enjoyed the spinach and feta danish and Carmel macchiato coffee.

By far the best chain of bakeries in the Midwest ! I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everything is worth trying at least once. From sweet to savory pastries, this is the spot for it. Highly recommend!

Tous les Jours is my favorite bakery, and I usually buy cakes from here for all our celebrations. The cakes and pastries are generally fresh, soft, and delicious. I really love the wide variety of breads and desserts. The place is clean and the staff is usually friendly, which is why I keep coming back.
However, on one recent occasion, I had a disappointing experience. The cake I purchased that day did not seem fresh and had an unpleasant, fishy smell. I specifically requested a fresh cake since it was a special day for us, but unfortunately, the cake did not meet the usual quality standards. Sadly, both we and our guests were disappointed after eating it.
This was unexpected because my past experiences have always been great. I hope this was just a one-time issue and that more care will be taken in the future to maintain the quality they are known for.

I loved my visit to Tous Les Jours Bakery Café! The pastries were fresh, soft, and not overly sweet — just perfect. They have a great selection of cakes, breads, and drinks, and everything looks beautiful and tastes amazing. The café is clean, cozy, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to stop by for coffee, a treat, or to pick up something delicious to take home. Highly recommend!

A delicious cafe worth stopping by for! We tried the fruit pastry, pain au chocolat, and a matcha-filled donut — all three were flaky and delicious. For drinks, we ordered a mango smoothie, iced vanilla latte, and iced americano, which were refreshing and well-made. The environment was clean, bright, and welcoming, and the overall experience was enjoyable. One concern, however, is that the pastries are not individually wrapped, which could pose a risk of contamination. Also, the sliding glass cabinets make it easy for flies to get in, which takes away from the otherwise great setup. Still, the quality of the food and drinks makes it worth visiting again!

Love the variety of pastries they have here! They also offer more interesting and uncommon flavors, like ube, red bean, and curry pastries. I got the ube latte and the ube filled donut. Both were not too sweet—exactly how I like it! There was plenty of seating inside and it was clean. If you enjoy having plenty of good options, I highly recommend Tous Les Jours!

An absolutely beautiful cafe with bright decor and clean, comfy tables and chairs. Super clean bathroom! All pastries look delicious and it makes it hard to choose.
The 3 star is for the lack of presentation and authenticity. Service is not applicable because you’d order and bring your items to any table you’d like (ironically still an option to add tips at the register). For a $4.95 pastry, it is served on a Styrofoam plate for dine in. The $5.77 tea is served in a paper cup, though it’s a very sturdy paper cup. For that price, I’d expect an actual plate and a mug to serve the food.
The pastry was delicious as it looks. However, if you are a matcha fan, you won’t find much matcha powder in the drink. The matcha latte tastes milk and sweetener with a weird color.
