Social Profile:

Toulouse is centered around the cuisine, décor, and imagery of the French Quarter and New Orleans. Our menu is expansive and ambitious, featuring traditional creole and French Quarter preparations, charcuterie, USDA prime steaks, fresh seafood, and one of the most extensive cold kitchen menus (garde manger) in the country. We believe we offer the greatest dining value found anywhere, which is then coupled with a richly textured decorative experience that was crafted with sincerity and conviction that we were making something of lasting and genuine value. We also serve a Happy Hour menu that we believe is simply the most compelling in the nation. It features more than fifty preparations.

Hip Cajun-Creole spot with a cozy, New Orleans–influenced dining room and optional fixed-price menus.

Toulouse was such a pleasant surprise. The ceviche was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced, and the Cajun-infused dishes added a bold, flavorful twist without overpowering anything. The Delmonico steak was cooked to absolute perfection, tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. We also loved the burrata, which was creamy and fresh and paired beautifully with the accompaniments. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and you can really taste the quality. A must-visit if you’re looking for elevated comfort food with a Cajun flair. Kids menu comes in huge adult size portions!!!

Wife and I went here for our birthday dinner on a Saturday night. We had reservations at 6:30 so upon arrival we were seated promptly. The menu here is vast so prepare yourself. I had never tried oven roasted oysters before so I immediately ordered 4 of the Venezia oven roasted oysters. For entrees my wife ordered the Snake River Farms Wagyu Baseball Cut Sirloin and added the Fried Green Tomatoes with Tarragon Ravigote. I tried the Toulouse Seafood Gumbo with added Dungeness crab and scallop coins. First off, kudos to the kitchen for getting our food out so fast. The Venezia oysters were DELICIOUS, very sweet tasting with all the different toppings. I think I’ve discovered my new favorite way of devouring oysters. My wife’s steak was juicy and tender, cooked exactly medium well as she requested; pairing well also with the chimichuru side sauce that came with it. The Fried green tomatoes were a nice addition, crispy and nicely cooked. My seafood gumbo was simply delicious, packed fulled of seafood and house made andouille sausage. It was a very flavorful and filling dish although the roux was not as thick as I’m accustomed to having, nevertheless the dish was very satisfying. For dessert we sampled the buttermilk beignets with vanilla ice cream. The beignets were very tasty, we could definitely taste the buttermilk component to them. Along with the vanilla ice cream it was the perfect ending to a very delightful meal (and the restaurant discounted the dessert because it was our birthdays). I highly recommend this establishment for any special dining occasion.

We went on an Thursday evening at 8 PM. The service is amazing; we were seated and orders taken quickly, food came out piping hot and our glasses were always filled. I recommend looking at the menu ahead of time, it’s a very big menu. Beautiful ambience.

We ordered:
• green goddess salad: small portions but very refreshing ane herby, good accompaniment with other heavier dishes.
• fries: MUST ORDER, perfectly crispy and garnished with parsley, garlic and parmesan.
• blackened rockfish w/ creole crawfish tasso sauce with corn grits: amazing, although a little indulgent because of the grits
• petrale sole herb crusted with prawns, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. i can’t find it on the menu they have on their website, it must be a seasonal thing or a special, but absolutely AMAZING.
• fried chicken gumbo: chicken was a little dry, but the gumbo was out of this world
• non-alcoholic monday mezcal mule: delicious, tangy and spicy aftertaste
• beignets: good, but not exceptional, but we’ve been spoiled with new orleans beignets

Great experience! This restaurant was fantastic and so much fun as a newcomer who’s never been! The restaurant itself has a beautiful interior where pictures will never do it justice. It’s kept clean, is spacious and staff are friendly and attentive!
Menu is huge and offered a ton of variety for people to choose from.
What I loved about this restaurant is that it’s definitely not like one you’ll experience everyday! The food was fantastic, rich and provided a homey comforting taste that was flavorful but also inspiring.

Highly recommend this restaurant and the opportunity to have a wonderful experience enjoying a night out, holiday event, etc – this is the place!

For our 5th anniversary I proposed this evening with much help from the manager and team.
I had reached out about a week in advance when making the reservation to see if they could help me make our night special.
They allowed me to bring flowers and a card to prest our table when we arrived for our reservation.
We made our way through drinks, appetizers and dinner. The manager played us one of our songs over the speakers as they brought out our dessert and a special plate with our custom ring box. The manager even stood off to the side and got pictures for us!
All in all it was a great evening from the drinks, to the pork cheek appetizer down to the staff and kitchen.
Thank you all for your help! We will be back

I’ve been to Toulouse Petit a few times before and always enjoyed it, but this lunch was a bit disappointing.

I ordered three dishes and the server mixed up two of them. I originally chose the crab eggs Benedict — it was tasty, though pretty expensive at $38. I also ordered a chicken sandwich, but it came without the chicken… so I switched to the BBQ shrimp New Orleans with creamy grits. That one was excellent — the sauce was spicy, tangy, and really flavorful.

We also ordered the mussels appetizer, but the bill showed a full entrée size instead. They corrected it when I pointed it out, but it made me wonder if I hadn’t checked the receipt carefully.

Overall, the food is still good, but this visit felt overpriced and the service wasn’t as strong as my past experiences. Lunch came out to about $120 for two, which didn’t quite feel worth it this time.

Came here for lunch (Seattle Restaurant Week event) in the middle of the week. I ordered fried chicken gumbo, Creole Lucy, and beignets. I also got a taste of the French Onion soup and Pork cheek confit reuben. The French onion soup was very good, good depth of beefy flavor. The gumbo has a mild kick and the chicken batter was flavorful. The Creole Lucy was lovely, the grits super cheesy. The fries were spectacular. Overall, everything was full flavored without being salty. The beignets were the weakest – they are small in size and served with a creamy coffee sauce. I liked the sauce but prefer a bigger pillowy texture. Seattle Restaurant Week had a special menu set and only 2 beignets.

Service was good, food came out promptly and piping hot. Appreciated the pacing of the dishes and server was really nice and attentive. The bathroom was easy to find and clean.

That said, I would go again. It is a big menu with many tempting items. Great if you love French Cajun food. Best I’ve had in Washington State.

Picked this place because of the amount of seafood dishes they have. The woman at the front counter was wonderful. The menu is HUGE. usually this turns me off from a restaurant but the dishes really sounded good. We got cocktails which were very tasty. We tried the biscuits and preserves and the buiscit with gravy. Both so good. My wife got a Benedict and I got shrimp and grits. The Benedict was great! The shrimp and grits was really good, i just personally prefer thicker, chunkier grits. These were very thin and almost soupy. It was still a good dish. Will definitely be back for different menu items.

A popular local restaurant known for their French creole dishes! Extensive menu featuring gumbo, shrimp & grits, pastas, seafood, hot iron steak. We tried the fried chicken gumbo and the creole Lucy and the flavors are really good! Spicy but well seasoned.

For a $40 shrimp & seafood grit dish, I expected the portion to be large but it was a small personal plate so be mindful of that if sharing. If they added a bigger portion of grits and sauce it would’ve made it more worth it. The fried chicken on the gumbo was quite dry and the pieces tasted stale. One thing I wish they offered was complimentary bread 🙁 But we ordered the baguette ($8.5) and it was fresh.

Maybe I’ll come back next time to try their happy hour pasta and steak. Really beautiful ambiance though!

TPK has the largest and most extensive food and drinks menus that I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, during my one visit, the execution of many of the dishes was lacking. The diminutive tuna tartare tower lacked flavor and was underseasoned, as were the steamer clams and the salad. The French onion soup had no cheese top and was underseasoned as well. The scallops were tasty but the portion size was very small for the price. The four of us agreed that the mushroom and gnocchi was best dish of the night, rich and funky, loaded with mushrooms but containing only a handful of gnocchi. The service was good and the dining room is gorgeous. I’ll return and try again because the menu is so compelling and I want TPK to succeed.
