I got the cup of chicken gumbo and a half of oyster Poboy the Poboy came on Leidenheimer bread, which I enjoyed. The chicken gumbo was very tasty and delicious but I’m not a connoisseur of chicken gumbo. I like seafood gumbo so I found it to be enjoyable, but not quite what I would like to have, first and foremost. I was looking over the menu, There are several things that I’m going to have to come back and try that sound really good. May just get a whole Poboy. I did sit at the bar which I found a little bit cold temperature may have just been me or the day overcast and cloudy.

Food was great. Steak was perfect, not over done nor undercooked. Service was wonderful and quick. Restaurant was a little noisy just because of the type of interior…but overall 5/5. Definitely recommend.

What a way to celebrate New Year’s Eve and enjoy an incredible opening night! Everything from the customized drinks, the small plate appetizers (my favorite was the crab meat), The main course, and the exquisite desserts. Well done to Daniel Mitchell and his entire team. If you haven’t made plans to visit a highly recommend it!

So happy this place opened in my neighborhood. The food was excellent, service was impeccable and we loved our waitress. Redfish for me and Scallops for the wife. Both were outstanding. Our salads were also wonderful. We booked another reservation on the way out the door.

Went on a Tuesday night and everything was awesome! We had a great hanger steak. Awesome gumbo, red snapper was great banana foster dessert was perfect ! Amazing chef, bar and service ! Don’t miss this place !

Super happy that Southlake has a French inspired New Orleans style restaurant! With several corporate offices in the area Toujours is the perfect place to host corporate events and the likes. Alrighty then, now to my personal experience, we came as a semi large group of 11 ladies celebrating Galentines and found adequate seating. Autumn was our server. She was sweet, engaging and well informed of the wine and food menu. Fried oysters and pimento cheese dip for appetizers. Flavorful but not overpowering. I order the sensation salad with lemon-garlic vinaigrette but unfortunately the dressing was very bland. I added salt and pepper to the salad and adjusted to my liking. To the finale, my medium rare filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Chef’s kissed.

The scallops my girlfriend and I had last night were absolutely AMAZING!! The sauce was out of this world. The flavors of every bite just kept getting better and better! Can’t wait to try more on the menu.

I had the 8oz Filet Mignon cooked medium rare…..It was the best steak I have ever had in my life!!! The scallops were amazing as well! The Fried LA Crawfish Ceasar was delicious, the crawfish tails were battered perfectly! The Nola BBQ Shrimp was very tasty! And last but not least the Strawberry Bread Pudding with Basil ice cream was one of the best deserts of all time!!! Everything was superb and made for one of the best meals I ever had!!! I will definitely be going back and also recommending this place to everyone!!! Shout out to Chef Mitchell and Chef Dixon, they are doing their thing!!!

Had no problem getting a reservation. The place was about 75% full. But very very noisy. When taken to our table it was SO cold with the vent blowing and requested another table which was still cold but tolerable. We knew the menu and prices before we went. Really looked forward to it. But came away very disappointed. The service was great. The food was pretty good, if a bit too salty. I got the scallops, only got THREE scallops. $38. When the plate came I thought I had 5 large scallops, but the garnish was hiding the two voids I thought were scallops. Got maybe 10 skinny green beans. Ample amount of grits. The garnish was flash-fried ultra thin strings of sweet potato. Presentation was beautiful. Won’t be going back. My date got the Frenched Chicken. She was very disappointed too. Only one small breast and one thigh she could get very little meat off of it. Only 2 or 3 carrots. Ample mashed potatoes.
