Update: I called the restaurant to speak to the manager and was told he was not there. I asked who I can speak to about bad food and she said “no one”. I could come back and they will remake it but the owner /mngr does not talk to customers!!! I’m not going back. Service is terrible and food is not good either. I’ve gotten undercooked chicken wings before and now spoiled meat and tortilla in the gyro. Burgers have been good in the past but not interested in future visits to a place where the owner/mngr doesn’t speak to customers.
This location has been going downhill since it opened. The service is terrible and it was from the day they opened. The food is hit or miss and not consistent. Today I ordered the lamb gyro to-go but was not the person who picked up our order. If I was, I would not have accepted this gyro. Gyros are pretty simple to make so I’m shocked how terrible this is. The lamb is in thick strips and not thin slices. It has a strange smell and an oil film on it. I’m assuming it came to the restaurant prepared in slices and frozen as it is also VERY dry. They do not use the traditional pita bread, which is what I was expecting. They used a tortilla instead. OMG it is terrible. It’s a stale, dried out on the edges tortilla! This is one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time.

This was good tonight. Honey BBQ’s wingz & Hot Honey Mustard wingz with the house rice was the bomb. They always make it fresh and it tastes good. They have great customer service too. This location is big & better than the other locations also. Check them out the Philly cheese steak rolls was alright too.

Ok soo, when I’m in Powder Springs and I’m craving wings I used to go to Macland Wings. But since summer 2022 they have “fallen off” meaning the quality of the food and customer service! I’m big on customer service! I’m not sure of when they opened but TOUCHDOWN WINGS is my new spot!!! They are located in the Publix plaza on New Macland! I have been there several times since they opened and each time they are ON POINT!! the wings are sauced and crispy to order the fries are always hot and fresh! The cheesesteaks are divine! In my opinion the fried rice needs to be more tender, so I won’t be ordering that. I plan on trying new items on the menu each visit. The restaurant is fresh and clean. The customer service has been on point! No matter if I call or place my order in person, the staff are nice and friendly. It’s a refreshing new addition to the Powder Springs area! TOUCHDOWN WINGS has definitely scored and won a new customer with my family!!! ☺️

Wings were fried a little too crispy and there was an odd flavor that really ruined the wings. If I had to guess the wings fried in old oil. Not sure but my lemon pepper wings were not good. Shrimp fried rice was ok though but the wings really disappointed me.

This is my husband’s and mine go to Friday night meal. They cook the wings and fries to our specifications and that is a HUUUUUGE plus for us. You can have them add more sauce, flavor or seasoning to your food as needed and the service is usually very quick.

The best wings place I’ve ever been to. Beats wingstop 100% for around the same price. The interior was great and the menu was easy to find and read. The set-up was great for dining in and takeout. Also, the people were extremely nice and easy to talk to. Our food came out very quickly and it was very much so hot and fresh. I ordered the honey lemon pepper 6pc wings with fries and a drink as well as a side of onion rings. I got an incredible amount of onion rings for the price and they were extremely well done. Also, the wings were amazingly crispy and well seasoned and sauced to perfection. The fries were good and they were a great compliment with their ranch and had a great potato flavor. I also got to try their mild honey wings which were crisp to perfection with more than enough sauce and the spicy garlic parmesean tenders that had an amazing spice and an amazing pile on of parmesean and sauce. Even their plain tenders tasted like fresh fried chicken. Overall, this place was amazing and I will definitely be coming back.

When I ask for extra wet this is what I got some dry a*+ wings Awh yall trying to be funny we’ll at least the got the crispy part right also don’t write anything in a customer’s receipt how that’s rude apparently it’s not an option are I would have selected it duh I use to love this place but the last times I’ve ordered here food has been not so good when you spending almost 40 bucks on some food at least you would like for it to be good smh disappointed

We get lunch for our staff often and this place has been our go to for months now and I must admit I’m not tire of it yet! They always seem to give nice size servings and we tend to have leftovers so I will say you get your money’s worth, however like any restaurant it always depends on who’s cooking so thankfully we’ve pick the right times to go because I’m surpised with some of the bad google reviews I just read. I’m happy they’re finally opening a restaurant closer to our business, I just hope the quality of food and those that are cooking it will be what we’re used to getting from the Powder Springs location or better. So far I can say everyone on our staff has been extremely pleased. Thanks Touchdown!

Visited this location today after calling my order in. Got hope and noticed that the blue cheese that I asked for was not inside the bag. Decided to call the location to let them know about the mishap. Some kid, who claimed to be the manager – by the name of Amina, stated that the only resolution to my complaint is to give me an extra blue cheese when I return. Never mind the fact that, in my opinion, my whole meal is ruined because I’m without the blue cheese that I requested. It will be Austell Wings for me from this point forward.
